As we go through our album, choosing Andrea as our photographer was probably the best decision we made with our wedding. I cannot thank Andrea enough for her energy, professionalism, awesome sense of humor, and fun that she brought to our wedding day. From the moment she arrived, Andrea and her partner Jess were on top of everything. They were enthusiastic and proactive to make sure we got all of the photos we wanted. All of our bridal party and families were so impressed with Andrea and Jess’s ability to get everyone’s attention for the photos quickly while making sure each picture was perfect and everyone could be seen. Despite the rain on the evening of our wedding, Andrea planned everything out so that we could get as many pictures outside and she even had us take pictures under an overhang that turned out perfect. I feel like she took advantage of every moment to capture the best pictures possible. Our pictures are absolutely phenomenal. I have received SO many compliments on our wedding pictures. I love how Andrea uses the light in her pictures to make them vibrant and colorful. Going through the album, I relived the entire day. She documented everything so well and didn’t miss a second. Andrea and Jess also captured so many candid moments from the wedding that had us laughing and smiling. You can see our guests’ smiles and laughing expressions so clearly throughout the ceremony and reception. Every single picture was flawless and will serve as a wonderful memory for our day. When deciding on a photographer, I was instantly drawn to Andrea’s crisp, bright pictures. I am just so beyond happy at how beautiful the pictures are and how I will always be able to remember our special day so clearly. My husband and I had to change our wedding date three times because of COVID, and we are so grateful that we had Andrea, who was so patient and professional with us. “We absolutely loved our experience with Flo as our photographer and hiring her was the best decision that we made about our wedding day. We interviewed a few photographers but had an instant connection with Flo who seemed so enthusiastic and genuinely excited for our love story and wedding. She had such positive energy and we knew we wanted that kind of energy surrounding us on our wedding day. She was also willing to customize a package for us to work with our budget and our needs for the wedding day which was so reassuring - and she is worth every penny of what she charges. We had an awesome engagement session with her before the big day, and even when I broke a nail on the way there, she was so great at keeping me from stressing out. We were able to relax and laugh a lot and be ourselves on camera, and the photos were stunning. We also appreciated how Flo kept in touch with us on Instagram leading up to the wedding and afterwards - it must be so much work to keep up with all of her clients but it really felt so nice that she was following us on our wedding journey. She was so supportive, liking our stories and posts and letting us know she was consistently invested in our story. When the wedding day came it was like we were meeting up with an old friend even though we'd only met in person once for the engagement session. Flo also worked with us to figure out the "wedding timeline" that every vendor seemed to want even though we were a little clueless about it to start. She came up with a plan for the most efficient use of our time to make the day go the smoothest and it really worked out perfectly. She kept us on schedule and used the questionnaire we had filled out to make sure she got all of the shots we requested. All of our wedding party and family told us how great she was and how much they liked working with her. She and her second photographer and assistant were ON IT and captured so many moments throughout the day, they didn't miss a thing! We were able to put complete trust in her and just enjoy the wedding. As for the photos themselves, her style is so beautiful and striking and exactly what we were looking for - we love how saturated her colors are and it worked perfectly for our jewel tone fall wedding. She has a passion for sunset lighting as well and the pictures from our engagement and wedding day at sunset came out so beautifully. For both engagement and our wedding, we had a bunch of sneak peek photos within a day or two which was great to tide us over while we waited for the final products. Communication and payment and the photo gallery platform were all super straightforward. We cannot recommend Flo enough for the genuinely positive energy she will bring to your planning process and wedding day and for the gorgeous photos she will capture on your special day.”

“Hiring Dhalia Events was one of the best decisions we made when we were planning our wedding. I am skeptical of the wedding industry in general, but I am convinced that wedding coordinators like Deliece and Melissa are skilled, experienced professionals in a niche field who can make a huge difference in the quality of your experience. And what's the point if you don't get to enjoy your wedding experience? Here are some specific things that Deliece and Melissa did that were super-helpful on the day of: 1) I couldn't find the body tape I had bought, but they had some on hand. 2) I needed to stay hydrated after I got my makeup done, so they provided straws so I could drink without messing up my lipstick. 3) The groom's vest had fallen to the bottom of his garment bag after we dry cleaned it, but they had a portable steamer and were able to get the wrinkles out. 4) They arranged a tent for our DJ for the ceremony, which was outdoors, when they discovered at the last minute that the contract required a tent rain-or-shine. 5) They made sure we ate dinner (and dessert). 6) They made sure waitstaff were replacing our drinks at regular intervals during the reception. 7) They brought a handheld portable fan, which was a lifesaver since it was more than 90 degrees outside. 8) They provided transportation around the property, which was a vineyard that wasn't very walkable in my nice shoes. 9) A friend left something in their car by accident at the end of the night, and they arranged to mail it to her a few days later. All of these things were nice surprises. It's not like we asked them to bring straws, it didn't even occur to us that we'd need them. But Deliece and Melissa brought them anyway because this is their job and they know what they're doing. They were PREPARED. I also want to note that I did not buy full wedding planning services from them, just month-of coordination, but they never treated me like a less important client. There were cases in the months leading up to the wedding where I asked them for help that was actually outside the scope of services we had agreed on, and they were very professional in letting me know that it wasn't included in my package. I appreciate that they enforced their boundaries so politely and respectfully-- I like that in a person. Overall, I can't recommend Dhalia Events highly enough.”

“I don't even know where to START!!!! This gal immediately became part of the crew from the first photos with the bridesmaids to the end of the night rager! Angelica and her second shooter were both incredible start to finish. Great at going with the flow but also making sure to get those photos that I had on my shot list (no matter how hard everyone was making that haha!) She had the best energy that helped me not feel nervous at all and honestly empowered from the start. She got so many amazing details that we are literally having a viewing party with all of our local guests because we just cannot choose which photos to post. I chose her because her photos and galleries all looked so different but one common theme was everyone looked like they were 1. having fun and 2. being themselves. Personally posed photos aren't for me. So when I saw her galleries I knew I wanted her above all other photographers. And I had a chart of 21 that I researched but after my first meeting with her I was sold. I chose three photos for this review- one of her capturing the insanity of our hair at the reception, Angelica being a part of the crew (my dad mentioned 3 times how great she was and how much he loved her and the second shooter) and the one where she truly shows her style of capturing natural excitement in the people and world around her.”

I hadn't had the chance to do a trial due to time and budget constraints on my end, and she was able to put any worries I had at ease, go off of the inspo pictures I had and come up with a hairstyle I loved. She was an absolute gem and such a pleasure to work with. Daneene was so easy and pleasant to work with. She was incredibly communicative and responsive. I can't recommend them enough!”
