Rosa Lee Manor was an incredible venue for our wedding. Their communication was very quick, whether by email or text, which was so helpful during the planning process. Everything was clean and organized, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places, especially considering all that they offer. They made everything so smooth for us on the day, and we even got a complimentary breakfast basket! It was so convenient that they had a house on the property where we could have both our ceremony and reception. The house sleeps 12, so our bridal party was able to stay with us and get ready there as well. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day.

We had an amazing experience at The Hatcher Farm! The venue truly had everything we needed and had thought of all the little details — from supplies to decorations — which made planning and the big day so much easier. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful and worked perfectly for our wedding. Our guests loved the atmosphere, and it really felt like the whole day flowed seamlessly. The only thing I would suggest is having a bit more space in the bridal room, but overall, that’s such a small detail compared to how wonderful everything else was. The Longhouse was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Anna, the coordinator, was incredibly responsive and helpful, even when we had questions late at night. For the price, the venue was above and beyond - the space was beautiful and the team went out of their way to make our day special. The coordinator lit all of our candles, which was such a nice touch, and anytime she heard us pondering what to do, she would jump in with great advice. The only downside was the time limit of 9 hours, but the team was so accommodating that I can't complain when the overall price was so reasonable. My dog was even able to join us, which made the day even more perfect. Overall, I had a really great experience at The Longhouse and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a stunning wedding venue with exceptional service.

Wedding planning was not as stressful because I had so much help from venue host and coordinators, even tho I live in another state. The venue was so beautiful during the summer time! Everything was green and blossoming, a bit on the warmer side, but the openness of the reception area allowed breeze to cool us off. The bridal suite was such a dream!! There was enough space for the hair & makeup artists, bridesmaids, mothers, and grandmothers to get ready. The grooms quarters were also spacious and allowed for bonding time before the ceremony. Parking services were great, the guests had a smooth time with it and finding the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception sites. Cannot recommend this venue enough, everything was wonderful and magical!!

Surrounded by 60-acres of vineyards, a 2-acre fishing pond, and a walking trail winding alongside the Grassy Creek, days can be filled with discovering what the Appalachian nature has to offer, or cozied up with a book or game of chess next to a roaring fire in the original 1920’s hearths.

  • Historic touches

Venue considerations

Communication with Danna was incredible from start to finish. She always responded quickly, answered all of our questions, and was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. The space itself is stunning—the wooded area with the lake backdrop was the perfect setting for our ceremony. One of the things that made our experience extra special was having our wedding party stay in the cabins for the entire weekend. Everything was set up and ready for our guests, and we were able to use all the kitchenware and amenities, which made hosting so easy. Having access to the entire property truly set Klondike Cabins apart, especially since so many venues don’t offer that—let alone at such a great price. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to celebrate at Klondike Cabins. The beauty of the grounds combined with the time spent surrounded by our closest friends and family made it all unforgettable.
