Rosa Lee Manor was an incredible venue for our wedding. Their communication was very quick, whether by email or text, which was so helpful during the planning process. Everything was clean and organized, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places, especially considering all that they offer. They made everything so smooth for us on the day, and we even got a complimentary breakfast basket! It was so convenient that they had a house on the property where we could have both our ceremony and reception. The house sleeps 12, so our bridal party was able to stay with us and get ready there as well. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day.

The team was professional while providing an atmosphere that made my wife and I felt like part of their family. The location is absolutely stunning during all seasons (we visited several times leading up to the wedding and even had our engagement shoot there) and looks great in all of our photos! With multiple locations on the property and only one event per day, you truly have all the space you need and more. Our experience at The FarmHouse Siloam was spectacular and stress free. Kelleigh, Dee, and the FHS team turned our dream, Pinterest wedding into reality! It doesn't matter what it is, if you have a vision, the FHS team will do their absolute best to make it happen, no questions asked! My wedding weekend started with a bridal party sleepover in the FarmHouse the night before the wedding with special treats provided by the venue, a delicious farm-to-table breakfast, and chair massages to relax before the big day festivities begin. It just gets better from there... While the wedding party is getting ready, the FHS team is turning the venue into your vision that they've planned with you for months, and rest assured that it will be perfect (so Mama's, you don't have to worry!). Everything that you've forgotten in the midst of wedding planning, Kelleigh or Dee has already thought about and got it covered! Not only is The FarmHouse Siloam the most perfect wedding venue in itself, but they connect you with the best vendors in the area... ones that they work with weekend after weekend, so your wedding day is smooth sailing. When it's time for the ceremony to start, you can trust that it will be organized and on time. Dee, the day of coordinator, has it down to a science, and plans out your timeline with you months ahead of time. The reception area is so unique, rustic, and filled with character. It is covered, so you don't have to worry about unpredictable weather, and an intimate space where you can enjoy time with your guests. The grounds are full of beautiful flowers, manicured lawns, and fun games including: corn hole, fire pit surrounded by swings, horseshoes, and life size jenga. I could go on and on about how perfect this place is... every bride deserves to have the experience that the FHS provides. Check this place out and book your wedding here. You won't regret it!!!

A rustic wedding venue in Danville, Virginia, Atkinson Farms is the perfect scenic location for creating lasting memories. Tucked away in the countryside, the venue's entrance is flanked by beautiful gates and well-manicured fields. Atkinson Farms is the premier place for hosting your affair!

Why you'll love this venue

Venue considerations

  • Best for events with big guest lists
  • Dance floor not included
  • Not wheelchair accessible
When I called Atkinson’s Farm to plan a wedding in just seven weeks because my daughter’s fiancé was being deployed to Japan, I was overwhelmed and unsure if it could even be done. Eddie didn’t laugh or hesitate—he simply said, “Let’s make this happen.” From that moment on, he delivered. His guidance, checklists, and constant communication made an incredibly stressful situation feel possible and supported. Eddie’s team—Tara, Dougie, and Wendy—were just as amazing. Tara was more than a coordinator; she was compassionate, calming, and fully invested in making sure our family felt cared for. We truly could not have done this without her. Dougie worked behind the scenes like magic, efficiently setting up and tearing down with ease, and Wendy handled the bar flawlessly—even with our lively crowd. The property is beautiful, and having the wedding party stay on‑site the night before meant more than words can express. The lodge and cabin are stunning, the food was absolutely incredible (we received so many heartfelt compliments), and even with an impending ice and snowstorm, my daughter and son‑in‑law had the wedding of their dreams. If you’re looking for a venue that shows up for you—not just in perfect conditions, but when life is happening fast and emotions are high—Atkinson Farms is it. We will always be grateful. Highly recommend.

Communication with Danna was incredible from start to finish. She always responded quickly, answered all of our questions, and was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. The space itself is stunning—the wooded area with the lake backdrop was the perfect setting for our ceremony. One of the things that made our experience extra special was having our wedding party stay in the cabins for the entire weekend. Everything was set up and ready for our guests, and we were able to use all the kitchenware and amenities, which made hosting so easy. Having access to the entire property truly set Klondike Cabins apart, especially since so many venues don’t offer that—let alone at such a great price. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to celebrate at Klondike Cabins. The beauty of the grounds combined with the time spent surrounded by our closest friends and family made it all unforgettable.
