We also rented the Photo Booth and Guest Book Phone through Essen Entertainment and both experiences were fantastic! There were so many different photo print options and backdrops to choose from. We had an absolute blast coming up with our guest book saying as well. “We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From the very beginning, his communication was fantastic and he was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. He gave excellent recommendations, provided sample playlists, and a thorough questionnaire that we would've been completely lost without. A month before our big day, he attended our final venue walkthrough to ensure his equipment was compatible with the venue's sound system, which gave us great peace of mind! Having a bilingual MC was a huge bonus, especially since about half of our guests were attending from Mexico. He seamlessly transitioned between English and Spanish, making everyone feel included and keeping the energy high all night long. The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. “Music was the #1 most important part of our wedding. Our goal was to make sure no one left the dance floor, and we had an extremely high bar and specific vision for a DJ for our wedding… Davey met and exceeded expectations, and I’d throw another party just to hire him again. He was extremely helpful, available, and consultative throughout the process, which was immensely valuable because we planned the wedding from out-of-state. We wanted a party that started with familiar songs remixes into house music so that the family members could dance to something familiar, and get progressively more dancey throughout the night- and that’s exactly what we got. He’s adaptable and ready to read the crowd to keep everyone involved, which we really appreciated, and was a big priority. He puts the couple first and is very intentional about making sure the night goes smoothly and as expected. It was a party with exactly the right music, and Davey kept everyone dancing- even my 82 year old grandma. We selected Davey because of his knowledge of our music taste (he’d even played some of our favorite NYC clubs), but in referencing him it was clear that his capabilities were not limited to this style- I talked to two other couples who were just as excited about Davey as I am, but with pretty different taste. As we worked with Davey and got to know him, it also became apparent that he’s just an excellent human being, and brought such good vibes and energy to our wedding just for being who he is. To anyone considering, I could not recommend Davey more. We were close on using another vendor whose package included lights, but I’m glad we did not. The lights we would have received were auto-sensing lights that “sync” to the music- but from what I’ve seen, those lights are frenetic and unreliable. We spent some extra money investing in proper lights (Davey helped with a few introductions), and the combination of Davey’s skills and professional lighting transformed a standard wedding to a disco nightclub.”

“Uptown Drive was recommended by our event planners, and we were absolutely blown away by their performance! Our team did most of the interfacing with the band, but Greg was incredibly responsive on the few occasions we did reach out directly. Pretty much everyone who attended our party commented on the band being the best they've ever experienced. They selected great music based on our feedback, they deftly guided the flow throughout the night, and they kicked it up a notched and really got the party going after dinner. We planned to lean on a live band to be our primary entertainment, and they exceeded our expectations! “High Fidelity was the best part of our wedding! We had so many people come up telling us how awesome the band did! They knew how to read the crowd and play exactly the songs to get everyone on the dance floor. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a wedding band!
