Hi there. I originally hail from Georgia, but am so happy to now call Charlottesville my home. When I'm not chasing down perfect sunlight, you can usually find me tucked away somewhere with a book, writing, enjoying life with my partner Charles, styling my 1920s home, or snuggling with my Frenchie pup, Finny.

From developing black and white images in the darkroom to capturing day-to-day happenings as photo manager of the high school yearbook, my camera became an extension of me. I wanted to document the moments of the people I cared about - whether mundane or significant - and create something beautiful. Fast forward ten years and I’ve gone on to complete my Bachelor’s, Master’s, and clinical to become a registered dietitian nutritionist. I’ve had a thriving career at UVA Medical Center for the past five years and witnessed firsthand both the value and fragility of human life.
