Located inside The Banc apartment building in Hammond, IN, the 3-story high event space is coming back to life! With a separate entrance leading into the venue, our space will seat up to 250 guests and have room capacity for up to 350 guests, for a cocktail style event.

Located only 35 minutes away from downtown Chicago, the estate's smallest room can host a minimum of 30 guests, while the largest ballroom can accommodate up to 350.

The Lyric Theater Blue Island is a unique wedding venue located in Blue Island, IL. Established in 1917, this 12,000-square-foot theater has long been an iconic part of the town, once offering all the latest Hollywood films to starstruck moviegoers. It closed in the late 1980s but was recently fully renovated and reopened by the Garetto and Cantelo families. For both families, the theater played a role in their family history, and so bringing it back to life was a labor of love.
