The mansion, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally built as the palatial home of Martin and Susie Beiger, the founders of Ball Band. The Felt Estate is a historic wedding venue nestled in the dunes along Lake Michigan, between Holland and Saugatuck, Michigan.
