The team at Kaleidoscope Wedding and Event Center was absolutely perfect in their communication with my family throughout the wedding planning process . Their venue has very large and spacious areas that were perfect for hosting the ceremony and reception. They helped us get everything together seamlessly, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful on the day of wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Kaleidoscope to any couple looking for an amazing wedding venue.

Kaleidoscope is absolutely perfect for anyone's special day! From the Bridal Suite to the Groom's, they have thought of everything and nothing was spared. With so many packages to choose from, your wedding dreams are sure to come true. Michelle is amazing! She can answer any and every question that you may have and she is super sweet. I had the pleasure of watching two very important people in my life say their forever vows at Kaleidoscope and it was just stunning from beginning to end and everyrhing in between. Every detail intricately laid out and precisely planned down to the very last detail of where each candle was placed. Our preferred guest count is 150 - 175 however we can accommodate more if necessary. Ceremony & Reception level can hold 175 - 200 guests Lower level can hold 150 - 175 guests If utilizing both lower and main level max capacity is 300 - 350 guests

No, we are a licensed caterer for our bar and beverage service. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought into the venue. All alcohol must be purchased through our bar service 502 Mixology. Alcohol is not allowed to be taken outside of the venue at any time.

Yes, we have on-site parking!

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Our venue fee is thoughtfully designed to include more than just the space. It includes full-day venue access, tables, chairs, black linens, onsite event staff, setup and teardown, and our complimentary beverage and bar service.

You will have access to the venue beginning at 11:00 AM on your wedding day. Beverage service ends at 10:30 PM, music concludes at 11:00 PM, and the venue closes at 11:30 PM.

All date reservation fees are non-refundable. Once your date is secured, it is removed from availability and held exclusively for you.

Kaleidoscope is located in Pierceton, Indiana. The closest major airport is Fort Wayne International Airport, approximately 45–60 minutes away. Rental cars and rideshare services are readily available for transportation to the venue. (Note: This is standard guidance based on location).

Yes, event insurance is required. Kaleidoscope requires couples to obtain day-of event insurance through their approved provider to ensure proper coverage for your event.

The initial non refundable date reservation fee is $1,000. The second payment, which is 50% of the remaining balance, is due 12 months in advance or at the 6 month mark if your wedding is within the next 12 months. The final installment is due 90 days prior to the event

We invoice through QuickBooks, which offers multiple electronic payment options. There is a 4% fee when using this service. Cash or check are preferred to avoid the credit card fee

Our beverage service is complimentary and exclusive to Kaleidoscope. Alcohol is an additional expense. We do not provide catering, but we offer a list of preferred vendors.

Kaleidoscope has no minimums.
