Venue 81 Eleven is our newest exclusive venue located in the heart of Brecksville, Ohio. We have a triad of facilities for use. The Main Hall can accomodate up to 300 guests. It's perfect for weddings, large corporate gatherings, and any big occasion. The Small Hall can accomodate up to 100 guests and is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, small corporate meetings, anniversaries, and birthday parties. The Small Hall can also be used for wedding ceremonies. Our Outdoor Pavilion is the perfect summertime gathering spot. It can accomodate up to 200 guests for picnics, BBQ's, outdoor corporate gatherings, and large family reunions. The Pavilion can also be a beautiful place to get married. The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

Patterson Fruit Farm Wedding and Event Venue is located North West (behind) our Farm Market at 11414 Caves Road Chesterland, Ohio 44026. Located on the banks of the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland’s Flats District, the brewery is housed in the newly renovated Hausheer Building on Old River Road.
