With dates as early as 1701, elegant White Chimneys stands in eastern Lancaster County as a timely witness to over 300 years of American history. Meticulously designed formal European gardens, the 16 column pergola, and imported Italian marble fountains are reminiscent of a romantic time gone by the wayside in today's modern pace. The 1800s tobacco barn is climate controlled and is ADA compliant. We are honored to host many life celebrations such as weddings, reunions, and anniversaries.

Life-long residents of Lancaster County, the owners bought the property in 2013 where the Comfort Suites and Chestnut Hill Villa reside. Together, they chose to dedicate time to successfully keep the charm of Chestnut Hill Villa's private Country Estate 14-acre property. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Historic Poole Forge is a 26-acre site with a preserved historic Ironmaster’s mansion, children’s playground, picnic pavilion, ball field, Nature Trail, Riparian Buffers, wildflower meadows, many beautiful gardens and a covered bridge along the Conestoga River in Eastern Lancaster County. We currently host a wide range of free public events, recreational and educational experiences. We restored our 1770’s Ironmaster’s mansion that serves as a heritage/community center and also a venue for private and public celebrations. We have also expanded our environmental and educational programs and opportunities for both children and adults while continuing our preservation of the Conestoga Creek, historic iron forge and grounds.
