There are endless opportunities to snap photos set to the picturesque backdrop of the landscape before moving inside for a romantic reception. The barn can accommodate up to 300 guests. The barn is perfect for tailoring to your style. There is ample space here for dining and dancing, along with room for a stage setup. A mezzanine level can double as a get-ready area for you and your party, and a relaxation space throughout the event. An event manager will work with you from the planning stages to ensure the big day is everything you dream it to be. They will help to design your day and can also supply a selection of furniture and event rentals.

Maple Lane Retreat sits on 3.5 acres surrounded by farmland. The newly renovated horse arena provides 8,500 sq. ft. for events of all sizes large and small. Newly added barn restrooms and additional parking lot expansion provide enough to easily accommodate up to 350 guests. Attached to the barn is a 1,800 sq. ft. patio that overlooks a 3/4 acre pond with color changing water fountain.

The Shepard Place is a rustic wedding venue located in Casstown, OH. This historic venue was built in 1920 and was run by the Shepard family for 90 years. The place acted as both the family’s trade and residence, and throughout the years, they created a wonderful site rich in memories and traditions.

Pretty Prairie Farm is truly a one of a kind unique venue, all original woodwork, cleaned and restored to its original charm, the perfect place for your perfect day. At Pretty Prairie Farm you can choose any caterer you like, although we do have a list of some great local companies that we have had in the past as well as DJ’s and other vendors. We have an inside capacity of 350 guests. Below are a few links to some previous weddings to give you a better idea of the property. The barn was build in 1840 and the Victorian house in 1896, both have been restored to capture all the original charm and yet incorporate handicapped bathrooms, prep rooms, and bar. The farm is located 1/2 mile off the road down a paved lane lined with 118-year-old hedges. We only rent the property once per weekend so you have access the day before and after your wedding day, allowing you to fully enjoy your wedding day celebrating

The 1882 Reserve is a countryside barn venue located in northwest Ohio. The rustic charm is enhanced with wooden beams, high ceilings, and open spaces. It has ample natural light streaming through windows and open doors, with the added charm of Edison Bulb string lighting both inside and outside spaces. It’s the cozy atmosphere that feels perfect for weddings, parties, or events. The exterior includes picturesque surroundings of countryside views. A private Bridal Ready Room located in a grain bin offers a unique and charming setting for the bridal party to get ready. The interior is designed with a touch of rustic chic, featuring comfortable seating, full-length mirrors, and private bathroom, with ample space for dressing and pre-wedding preparations. The grain bin's circular shape creates an intimate atmosphere. Despite its unconventional location, the Bridal Ready Room in the grain bin ensures privacy and tranquility for the bride and her attendants as they prepare for the big day.

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

Welcome to The Barn on Chapel Road LLC! The Barn on Chapel Road LLC…is an old rustic original 2 story Amish barn restored and facilitated for large or small events. It finds itself on a country homestead, in the middle of lush grass and beautiful fields of corn and beans. We are located 26 miles west of Columbus, 14 miles south of Marysville, 20 miles north of London and just 4 miles west of Plain City. We host wedding events every weekend from April – November, and are open to hosting holiday events November thru the middle of December.
