“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

While their communication was a bit delayed leading up to the event, they were ultimately effective in executing on the day-of. The DJ kept the party going all night with a good song selection, though they did play 3 Taylor Swift songs in a row at the start, which we would have preferred more variety. The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. “We had the absolute pleasure of Chris Morris from Buffaluv soundz DJing our wedding this July. Everything from the initial consultation to the last hours he was there cleaning up his equipment was a great experience in which we felt true dedication from him and his team towards making our day perfect. They were extremely down to earth and easy to work with. Chris helped personalize so many touches within our day from a unique first dance to hyping our folks up for the dance floor. He was so extraordinarily professional arriving very early to set up and make sure everything was perfect and checking in with us in regard to all sorts of details that really brought our dreams to reality. I can’t say enough about what a difference it made to have such an attentive to detail and caring person in charge of the sound, music and overall vibe of our wedding day. There was nothing generic, boring or overdone and every moment felt like it was truly ours. Chris is the best! I would recommend him to everyone! we went with a package that included the Photo Booth and Cloud effect for the dance floor which made our first dance so fire! Everyone really loved the Photo Booth. They had great props and backgrounds and they even gave us a photo album filled with our guest pics. That was an awesome surprise at the end of the night. Lastly, I just have to add, I was worried about DJ equipment and the look of it and the whole set up that Chris brought was gorgeous modern white, clean and elegant. We were so impressed! It really added to our aesthetic perfectly. Overall, they were just an absolute 10 out of 10 and made our wedding a fairytale come true!”

During dinner, we had curated a playlist of first dance songs from our guests, and he helped create so many special moments by encouraging folks to get up and dance when they heard their song, and stayed flexible when we were ready to get dancing started. The reception was an absolute blast and my dream dance floor. The end of the night was perfection with several "last songs" and getting to soak it all in in a circle of our favorite people.
