“Mountainville made our wedding absolutely AMAZING! Lauren, James, and their team were incredible from start to finish - always so helpful, organized, knew what they were doing, filled in our gaps, and just made the whole thing so easy. We didn't hire a wedding planner, and it was totally doable to plan our wedding ourselves with Lauren on our team acting as Day-of-Coordinator. Their packages were great and SUCH a good deal for what we got. We received numerous comments stating that our wedding was great (some even called it the "best wedding ever!"), and Mountainville is definitely the reason why - the grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the staff was attentive and helpful throughout the night, and everything ran like a well-oiled machine. Not to mention that the food was absolutely amazing, and there was plenty of it! I wholeheartedly recommend Mountainville Manor to any couple planning their wedding!”

“There is nothing but wonderful things to say about Mama's catering services. We used Mama's catering for our wedding in September 2026. From the beginning, communication and planning with Sheri was seamless and quick. We were able to completely customize the menu to our liking including cocktail hour appetizers, dinner, and desserts. Sheri is incredibly kind and helpful in her communications and has many years of customer service and planning experience. Sheri and Tom were nothing but kind, generous and thoughtful throughout our planning process. Sheri even contacted my venue to talk to the coordinator to make sure the day of and catering would go smoothly. The day of catering team lead by Corynna could not have been more wonderful. The cocktail hour food was delicious, hot, and it was passed around abundantly and efficiently to the guests. The many butlers and large catering team were incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and attentive when serving food during cocktail hour and dinner. We were blessed with a dedicated server for just the bride and groom, and we were served our own appetizer plate and dinner plates and were able to enjoy our delicious food during a chaotic day. The dinner food was served hot and generously to all guests with many chosing to go up for seconds! We had an endless amount of our guests comment on our delicious food, with many commenting especially on how delicious the pear purses are (my personal favorite). There was also a dedicated server to just the 2 Gluten Free guests, who were served their own meals. Mama's also was able to provide us with a late night pizza service that guests also enjoyed. Corynna communicated seamlessly with all of the other vendors including the bartenders and DJ. All of the servers were incredibly present the day of and could not have been more perfect. They were constantly checking in, making sure we had everything we needed, and paying attention to the little details so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Their thoughtfulness went far beyond simply serving the food. They genuinely cared about making sure our day went smoothly and that we, our families, and our guests were taken care of. We would absolutely recommend Mama's team to anyone looking for a catering team that genuinely cares about their couples and their guests!”

“David’s Country Inn exceeded our expectations from beginning to end! After visiting multiple venues, the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by its charm and knew it was the perfect choice for us. Opting for a Thursday wedding turned out to be a fantastic decision! On our special day, the staff was exceptional, the food was delicious and served promptly, and the cocktail hour was filled with all our selected dishes, while the bar staff efficiently managed the crowd. They also have a fantastic selection of preferred vendors! Our event coordinator, Kristian, along with Maitre'Ds Brenda and Brandon, were simply outstanding! Their communication, both via email and on the day itself, was seamless. Everything unfolded even better than I had envisioned! I did encounter a decor hiccup with the arch behind my sweetheart table, which my husband had crafted. On the wedding day, I was trying to adjust it when Brenda noticed my struggle. She immediately stepped in, reassured me, and took charge of the situation. Thanks to her, the arch turned out beautifully, just as I had hoped, and I was so relieved! I truly don’t know what I would have done without her help. Choosing DCI for our wedding was the best decision we could have made, and our day was absolutely flawless! We wholeheartedly recommend them!”

The venue itself is breathtaking—elegantly designed with gorgeous views, and it has an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and intimate. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Especially when we had a lot of challenges finding a venue for an Indian wedding to fit all your needs! A huge part of what made our day so unforgettable was the incredible service provided by the Director, Nick Serraino. From our very first meeting, Nick went above and beyond to ensure all your requests were accepted. He was incredibly kind, and always available to answer questions (which we had many of) or offer help! His professionalism and warm personality made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. We can’t thank him and his team enough! “My husband and I chose this as our wedding venue. Some months before our wedding they had implemented a team of women to help with any questions and planning. These ladies were extremely helpful with answering questions and were typically quick to respond. The day before our wedding, we went to set up the tables and decorations I had made. The inn keeper Tricia was super kind and let me feel like I had a full run of the venue to do whatever I had envisioned. She basically told me I could do whatever I needed, and if I needed extra hands for help to let her know and she would get me help. The day of the wedding was very hot, and there was an unfortunate breakdown of the AC in our getting ready room and suite for the night. They placed us in the next Best room for the night and got us in a cooler space for getting ready. Even with that, if I had to do the wedding all over again, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I am so grateful to the team working with me leading up to the wedding day as well as everybody involved to make our wedding day so special. If you choose this place as your wedding venue, I feel as though you will not be disappointed, even when things go wrong.”

“We cannot put into words how incredible our daughter and son in law’s wedding was this past Saturday night. The entire event was way beyond what we even imaged it would be. The Meadow Wood is an absolutely beautiful, elegant venue (inside and outside) with every detail accounted for. That theme continues from start to finish with all they do. The food was not only delicious but was presented in such a way you couldn’t help but simply just say “Wow". We are happy we took a moment to pause and take it all in - from cocktail hour displays, to main course plating, to desserts that went on forever …. – “Amazing!!”. We appreciate all the work, professionalism and hands on attentive approach from the staff (a special shout out to Juan and Becky!!). None of this could have been accomplished without them working together in the same manner. It was seamless. Thank you, George, John, Tim, Charlie, Frank and all at the Meadow Wood for making our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding “the best day ever “as they begin their new life together as a married couple”

“My husband and I got married at the CKE this October 2024. There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude to their entire team for all of their hard work to make our visions and dreams come to life. Each and every staff member was kind, and helpful. If you had a question you’d get a response promptly and always with a “let’s see what we can do attitude”. Katherine (the owner) made you feel a part of the CKE family and always was looking to make the planning process seamless and easy for us and our family. The CKE floral and design team made our big ideas all come to life- we had a visions of big branching centerpieces with florals tucked in, that Jess and her team absolutely delivered on. On top of that, we asked for an installation over our sweetheart table. Jess and her team have many suggestions and shared they visited Home Depot at least 3 times to see how it would hang, and the final installation beyond exceeded our expectations. The talent and grace their team exudes is what ever bride and groom look for in a team. The planning process was also so seamless due to their amazing coordinator team. We worked with Katrina, the kindest, most professional coordinator we have ever met. Katrina was available at every step of the planning process, providing thoughtful recommendations due to her very obvious experience. Katrina also was there for our wedding day of helping to manage the schedule, set up, constantly checking in, and making sure it all went according to plan (which it did). In addition during the reception Katrina was checking with us throughout the night to see if we wanted to pivot anything or if we needed anything. We are extremely grateful for her support! In addition, Kyle was our maitre d’ for the evening and he did an absolutely wonderful job. He made sure to check in with my husband and I as well as our immediate family members. He was so kind and professional! Lastly but very importantly- the food and drinks! Most of all of our guests shared that this was the best wedding food they have ever had. It is no small feat cooking for large groups and every aspect of the food from the cocktail hour to the dinner course was absolutely fantastic. These are a few quotes from guests: - “The food was gourmet.” - “This is the real deal.” - “The sushi… Oh, the sushi! So fresh!” In addition, the bartenders crushed it! Everyone was impressed by the quality of the drinks and we never had a line at the bar- they were fast and catered to our guests. I would highly recommend the CKE to future couples getting married. The aspect of the family business really shows and ensures you have a tailored experience for your wedding. The entire staff is kind and down to earth- always willing to help. We wish them nothing but the best for their future wedding seasons!”

“The Silo was a dream wedding venue! The high ceilings, gorgeous chandeliers, and amazing backlighting led to wonderful pictures. We had several guests comment on how beautiful the venue was. We utilized floating candles for our centerpieces which played amazingly with the added candles provided by the Farmhouse. The staff was attentive, helpful, and communicative. They paid attention to detail and were always available to put our minds at ease. We also rented the bridal suite and groom’s suite. Both suites were spacious, filled with entertainment, and included private bathrooms and mini fridges. There was plenty of space for my hair and makeup team.. We all had a wonderful time getting ready for the wedding. The food and chef were absolutely incredible. We were able to completely customize the menu by adding things like garlic mashed potatoes and chicken francese. What really stood out is that it felt like we were giving our guests a high end restaurant meal, rather than cookie cutter wedding food.”

“The first thing we noticed about the Grain House was how utterly charming it was, shortly followed by how organized the wedding team was. We fell in love with the cozy, historic space and felt so well taken care of by Lea, the sales manager, and John, our maître d. They were responsive and answered every one of our million (sometimes crazy) questions. We were in disbelief just how much we were getting for the price we were paying, and felt supported during the entire planning process. When the day came, everything went off without a hitch...the servers were wonderful, our guests GUSHED about the food and space, and John was a total champ...our photographer even noted how on top of everything he was! The BEAUTIFUL outdoor space in addition to the dining area made it feel secluded, and truly like a fairytale (tented outdoor dancefloor!!). We could hardly believe that the GIANT suite where we stayed that night was included in our package! Days later, our guests continue to tell us that our wedding was the best they have ever been to. Ultimately, our wedding was the best day of our lives so far, and a huge part of that is the lovely team at the Grain House!”

Weddings are stressful and Ozzy tries her best to take as much pressure as possible. This place is gorgeous and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.”

“My husband and I got married at Bear Brook Valley this past weekend and it was absolutely PERFECT! Our experience with the Bear Brook team since we booked our date with them two years ago has been amazing. The renovations they completed last year are absolutely stunning. The boys absolutely loved getting ready in the new speakeasy lounge, the golf simulator was a huge hit! Our guests raved about the food and drinks. Our coordinator, Amanda was incredible! Not only did she walk me through the planning process (we did not hire an official wedding planner), but she responded promptly to all my questions via email and executed my entire vision the day of the wedding! Everything ran super smoothly. Our bridal and groom suite attendants, Amber and Cameron, were on top of everything the entire wedding day! Anytime we needed anything they were there. They were constantly making sure we had a drink in hand if we needed one, Amber helped me get a stain out of my dress, and they both graciously steamed all of the dresses and tuxes! Something we both absolutely love about Bear Brook is that their team makes you feel special and valued. They truly value making sure your day is the best it can be, which was not my experience touring other venues. Because of this incredible team, I was able to enjoy every minute of my day without any stress! If you’re considering booking Bear Brook - DO IT! We genuinely cannot recommend them enough!”
