“Salthouse catered our wedding on 11/22/25 at the Admiral’s House in North Charleston, SC. They provided both the food and bar for the cocktail hour and reception. Our expectations were not just met, they were exceeded! Our guests absolutely raved about the food. For station entrees at the reception, we served Beef Tenderloin, Shrimp and Grits, Butternut Squash Ravioli, and Coq Au Vin. The Ravioli and Beef were fan favorites, although all selections were fantastic. For passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, we served the Short Rib Spoon, Scallop Lollipop, Duck Confit, and Pickled Peach Bruschetta. We also served Chicken Biscuit Sandwiches as a late night snack, as well as a variety of Petite Desserts and Espresso Martinis for dessert. The bar had a wonderful selection of drinks including two custom signature drinks, named after our cats. Everything about our food and bar service were absolutely wonderful. We were told from several guests that we had the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Jacqueline and Vivian were wonderful to work with. We cannot recommend Salthouse Catering enough!”
