We are community-driven, budget-based, and accessible. We have many packages to fit our customers needs and spend time creating custom menus to showcase variety for our customer's guests. We also have custom pricing options available and cn provide additional services like bartenders, or passed appetizers.

    Such good food!!!!

    Bria cooks the best food! We had a small micro wedding and chose to do family style dinner, and Bria nailed it! She was so sweet to work with and we were so happy with her services!

    You can't go wrong!

    I have a wonderful experience working with Bria's Italian Fusion for my wedding! The tasting was delicious, and the service at the reception was amazing. I think the price point is fair and competitive, and included many different options. I am so glad I decided to book with them!!

Yes, we offer two paid tasting options. We offer delivered tastings, and in person tastings for a fee.
As many as you feel is needed! However, we always recommend a formal in-person/zoom meeting before booking and a day-of staff meeting 2 weeks prior to your event date.
Yes, we have limited rentals available directly through our service and we also can accommodate with finding outside rental companies.
We recommend at least 3 months in advance as our calendar books quickly especially for summer dates.
Yes, we offer this service free of charge. Client is to provide cutting utensils, plates, and cutlery for the guests. We only provide the physical cutting service.
