What began as a love for cooking evolved into a catering company focused on elevating familiar favorites—like wood-fired pizza—into something refined, memorable, and full of flavor. John’s dedication to craftsmanship pairs with Jess’s eye for creative detail and guest experience, resulting in events that feel seamless, welcoming, and thoughtfully elevated.     Renewal Vows 50th Anniversary

    We recently celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary and Wildfire Wood Oven Cuisine catered our beautiful event. OMG-the pizzas were amazing! Wood fired crust and the selection of pizzas were just fantastic. We had appetizers, salad, and oh the Mac and Cheese – wow. The Charcuterie Board with the selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, dips, and flatbreads, were just amazing and I could go on. Jess, John and the Wildfire team made our anniversary so special, and we can’t thank them enough.


Yes, we are able to accommodate almost all dietary restrictions. While we do offer gluten free pizza, we are unable to maintain a 100% gluten free environment due to style of our service.
Our wood-fired oven trailer measures roughly 12 ft long and 8 ft wide. Our van used to tow the trailer will also be onsite and measure roughly 19 ft long and 8 ft wide.
The venue must be easily accessible and include an uncovered outdoor area with a paved or gravel surface suitable for the wood-fired oven. We require access to one standard GFCI power outlet within 90 ft of our wood-fired oven to power our cold rail and outdoor lighting.
Appetizers can be served either passed or at a food station. Pizza, salad, pasta and sides are served buffet-style. Family style service is available for groups under 80 guests. Plated service available for groups under 50 guests. Food stations can be set-up indoors or outdoors (weather permitting). Our team will take care of all food preparation and service. After dinner service, our team will clear plates, silverware and napkins.
