Taryn was amazing--we couldn't have had our wedding without her. We had a pretty "small" wedding, roughly 60 people in attendance, and a handful of vendors. Still, she treated our wedding line she was planning a Royal wedding! My wedding was the only one I had ever been to, and mine was the first wedding our family had organized since 1986, so we were definitely out of practice. She coordinated with us and all our vendors the month/day of and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I strongly recommend getting a coordinator if you can afford one, and if you do, get Taryn!

Rhonda and the team at Blessed Wedding Creations were an absolute delight to work with. Their communication style was thorough, outstanding, and incredibly flexible throughout the entire planning process. They were so client-focused, providing creative problem-solving that was essential to the flow of our wedding day. During our consultation, Rhonda encouraged us to rent a tent, which I’m so grateful for. On our special day it did end up raining during speeches, and then went out into the rain herself to help problem-solve. There were so many things behind the scenes that could’ve stopped the party, but because she was there, she helped to organize helping hands and solutions to power outages, technical issues, and weather logistics. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.

Sky, our DJ, listened intently to all of my music preferences and executed the playlist flawlessly, resulting in so many compliments from our guests and a packed dance floor all night long. People also loved his table dismissal game! Additionally, Eden alleviated a ton of pre-wedding and day of stress by helping us nail down timelines and decor - she's so clever, like when she proposed using our bridemaids bouquets as the centerpiece for our kings table since I didn’t have anything planned and was running out of time to create more decor. Eden also helped us with the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, which I was extremely grateful for! Steph was absolutely PHENOMENAL coordinating our day! She managed the daunting task of keep my husband and I, plus our crazy families, and just made our day absolutely perfect! We loved her up-beat personality and can-do attitude! We found her around 30 days before the day of, and she reassured me (I might of had a slight breakdown) that is was normal and completely fine. We had an unfortunate bump in the road when the venue let go of the manager we were working with, but Steph took charge and contacted our other vendors to ensure the day went off without a hitch, and she delivered! She set up our decorations, including our beautiful chuppah (pic included) and it was everything we imagined. It was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't be happier!
