We bring in chef partners we’ve built real relationships with and match one to your wedding, then handle the food, bar, staff, rentals and the timeline that holds it together. We actively work with BIPOC, women and LGBTQ+ chefs, which means the food at your wedding comes from someone with a point of view rather than a catering menu. As a sought-after wellness retreat chef and wedding chef, Chef Anna has traveled extensively across the United States and internationally. Her home base is Figure Eight Island, NC. A true hospitality professional, Chef Anna received the Michelin Key award in 2024 and 2025.

I was born and raised in Mexico, and from a young age, I had the opportunity to travel abroad, discovering the magic of different cuisines, deeply rooted in Mexican culture. I graduated in 2005 from The Art Institute of California in Culinary Arts. In 2007, I started my own business, which I have continued to this day.
