Today, through Yes, Chef Marco, I bring that depth of experience into private homes and extraordinary venues throughout Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Southern California. Whether I’m preparing elegant meals for a family, creating a bespoke tasting menu, or producing a large private celebration, every experience is tailored to the occasion, the setting, and the individual preferences of each guest.

I’m a California-based private chef and culinary leader with more than 15 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, World’s 50 Best kitchens, luxury hotels, and private estates across California, 3 starred Michelin kitchens across Tuscany, Copenhagen, San Francisco, Napa, and Japan, and beyond. From three-Michelin-starred fine dining and internationally acclaimed restaurants to restaurant. I’ve worked alongside some of the industry’s most respected chefs, opened and developed multiple restaurant concepts, and led teams as an Executive Chef, Culinary Director, and Director of Operations.

    Chef Marco catered my Armenian wedding of 100+ and he did NOT disappoint. All of he guests truly enjoyed everything. He even did a walk around once the food was served and everyone gave him endless compliments. Thank you to you and your team!!

    I plan a couple corporate events each year, just enough to know how quickly things can get complicated. Working with Chef Marco made it a lot easier. He walked me through options in a clear, practical way and even helped me stretch the food budget without it feeling like we were cutting corners. Communication was solid, always easy to get ahold of, and he’s got a good sense of humor which makes the whole process smoother. If you want an event to feel dialed in without the stress, he’s a great person to have in your corner. Highly recommend.
