Founded by Food Network winning Chef Shieya, The Kookery is a craft catering company focused on making your dream wedding experience a reality. We specialize in curating menus as unique as you! We collaborate with you and your vendors for a perfect experience down to the smallest details.
The Kookery Scratch Kitchen is an eclectic food purveyor, bringing you regional twists on wholesome classic dishes. Select from our many service options including tray passed & stationary appetizers, themed buffet tables, live action stations and artfully plated meals. Bartender services and more!

Yummy, creative food & rockstar team!
Chef Shieya and her team could not have been more amazing. They are your best friend if you're a DIY bride! Before the wedding, she helped us plan and adjust our menu to work within our budget, and offered advice on how to get the most bang for our buck. She came up with an incredible off-menu appetizer (savory s'mores bite!) and gave me advice about what to rent and how much alcohol to order. We had kind of a challenging venue - all outdoors, limited prep space, limited setup and breakdown time, we weren't sure if we would have running water available - and the Kookery team knocked it out of the park. If there were problems on the day, I didn't hear about them! They responded to every challenge gracefully and creatively, and they truly went above and beyond. Also, the food was AMAZING. All my guests loved the food. And they had such fun personal touches! Each signature cocktail had a little custom stamp with our initials, one on the marshmallow garnish, and the other on the ice cube. These guys were truly the MVPs of the day. I went in with a budget and a vague idea, and walked away feeling like I'd had a five-star luxury experience. We couldn't be more grateful!

Creative & Intentional Catering
Chef Shieya is imaginative, and creative when customizing menus , while also being able to well refine based on the event. I have worked with her twice now as an event planner for my clients, and they are stunned and over the moon each time. She has range for days and can do a halloween party, or a glamorous wedding! And the food is delicious always !!

Maybe we just got terrible luck with this vendor but I would never recommend them. I was reluctant to write this, but for someone’s special day, I would advise to find someone else.

Simply Wonderful!
From our first introduction emails to our first phone call, Chef Shieya and the team at The Kookery LLC felt more like knowledgeable friends than just a typical vendor. Their open, casual, and creative communication style put us at ease throughout the planning process. On the day of, their efficient, dedicated, and detail-oriented team executed everything flawlessly - they arrived on time, their staff was engaging, and the food was absolutely delicious. Chef Shieya was also incredibly mindful of the dietary and allergy restrictions for myself and a couple of our guests, ensuring everyone was able to fully enjoy the handmade tortillas, meats, and other menu items. We received so many compliments from our guests on the quality and value of The Kookery's work. We're thrilled we chose them to cater our special day!

The Kookery LLC was the perfect caterer for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was timely, communicative, respectful, and always positive and understanding. The quality of their work and overall value was outstanding - they were clearly determined, thoughtful, passionate, and just plain fun to work with! Chef Shieya went above and beyond to contribute to our special day. She thought of thoughtful details we hadn't even considered, like making cute garnishes for our cocktails without being asked. And the food she prepared was absolutely phenomenal - by far the most creative and delicious cuisine we've had at any event. We would recommend The Kookery LLC and Chef Shieya for any special occasion where you need an amazing caterer.
