With a deep-rooted love for food and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Chef Andrei is a classically trained culinary artist whose expertise spans across continents and experiences. His journey began in the picturesque Village of Mougins, South France, where he honed his craft working alongside the esteemed Executive Chef, Denis Fetisson, in a prestigious 2-Star Michelin restaurant. At the heart of Chef Andrei’s culinary philosophy is a dedication to creating unforgettable experiences. His food is not just about flavor—it’s about crafting moments that nourish the body, elevate the spirit, and connect people.

We offer variety of services, including a mobile cannoli cart service, where we make a fresh cannoli right in front of you and your guests; a wood-fired pizza Napoletana; and a full catering service, whether it is a buffet or an individually plated styled dinners.

We were inspired by Hayden and Sierra’s Italian and Western influences, creating a menu centered around fresh, wood-fired pizzas paired with rustic flavors that reflected both traditions and brought a warm, laid-back feel to their celebration.
