I was born and raised in Mexico, and from a young age, I had the opportunity to travel abroad, discovering the magic of different cuisines, deeply rooted in Mexican culture. I graduated in 2005 from The Art Institute of California in Culinary Arts. In 2007, I started my own business, which I have continued to this day. My catering menu is inspired by a fusion of the best dishes I have created, drawing from different cultures, cuisines, and travel experiences. I love to explore and experiment with fusion cuisine.

My greatest strength lies in my personalized attention to each client's needs and desires, crafting truly memorable experiences. I stand out through my flexibility, adapting to each event’s needs—from menu creation to budget adjustments. Every detail is tailored perfectly to bring my clients' visions to life.

    We have used Fitch’s Kitchen two times now and will definitely use them again. The food was fresh and delicious every one was of our guests were pleased. The staff was on time ready to go, and professional. They are easy to work with and worked well with in our budget. I highly recommend them for your next party.
