Color theme is maroun and wooden. The outdoors offers a patio to watch the sunset, and planes. The patio can be used for a variety of things, including a ceremony or a place for people to mingle with small games to play. Your choice. From the beginning, the property has been operating as a greenhouse. In fact, in the 1800’s, Highland Farm was the largest supplier of cut flowers in the Northeast. Our barn uses centuries - old techniques and traditions of joining heavy timber frames with a mortise and tenon method, supported by wooden pegs and brackets. Using local woodworkers and craftsman bring the true Maine experience to our barn.
