Residing in Hillsdale Mall of San Mateo, Palette Tea Garden is the second location of Palette Tea House. The 8,000SF+ restaurant features special items like Iberico Cha Siu Pork imported from Spain and a beautiful Roasted Peking Duck Set, yet offering a familiarly authentic dim sum experience. PTG has a full bar, is currently open for takeout, and offers a large outdoor patio dining area.

The indoor space features a magnificent bar and lounge seating for a casual cocktail time and conversation shared by the fireplace. The outdoor site, fit for a whimsical and breathtaking ceremony, features an outdoor fireplace, plenty of lounging areas, dreamy lighting and and heat lamps for a chilly afternoon. You may also choose the courtyard to host your ceremony. With billowing, sheer curtains, beautifully lit string lighting, and a clear tent, this versatile space can be decorated to your tastes. While we have enough space to accommodate events of 1000 or more guests, smaller events feel cozy in any of our intimate nooks.

This gorgeous Spanish Colonial Revival-style chapel is nestled on a forested hillside overlooking the bay. Space for 125 guests. Abundant photo opportunities on the private tiled garden patio with mature trees, or the extravagant entrance steps before the grand oak doors. Inside is an impressive, vaulted redwood sanctuary lined with 12 arched, stained-glass windows and original frescos.

Penny Roma (the sister restaurant of Flour+Water) was designed with full restaurant buyouts in mind, featuring an airy courtyard space that is attached to our dining room. Our six giant, custom planters are brimming with vibrant foliage, reflective of our Mediterranean/California-Coastal climate, including Arbutus Marina trees, Chamaerops Humilis (Mediterranean fan palm trees), Dracena Draco, Bromeliads and Passion Flower Vines (red flowers). It is really unusual to have so many large plants together in such an urban setting. Entering 620 Jones is like entering another world, as you pass through the huge, iron entrance gates.

Built in 1871, Cow Track Ranch sweeps from the floor of Nicasio Valley surrounded by rolling hills and trees. Located 1.25 miles down a gravel road, the ranch is a quiet location with an authentic rustic vibe. The reception barn, an original 1970's hay barn, displays a collection of antique gold mirrors, dimming chandeliers, bistro lighting and a built-in stage. The barn includes farm tables and décor. A large prep space with tables, refrigeration/freezer and wash area is available for catering use. Two oversized wood doors welcome guests into the tin barn which has one open side providing views of the rolling hills. Ceremonies take place atop the knoll behind the reception barn by a large rock or in front of the historic wood barn, built in 1871. Enjoy cocktail hour in the barnyard and the corral is a great space for guests to dance the night away under the stars. Our venue include lodging and exclusive use of the property which makes your special weekend relaxing and enjoyable.
