TWO VENUES ONE TEAM: THE CENTURY + NINE3ONE We offer two full service wedding venues located in Modesto, Ca. With decades of experience in venue, food, and beverage services combined, we are ready to guide you down your planning journey from day one all the way to “I DO!”. The Century is a chic, urban venue built in the early 1900s with exposed brick walls, beautiful crystal chandeliers and gorgeous acacia wood floors. The Century has room for up to 250 guests for reception only, and up to 175 for a ceremony and a reception. Nine3One is a coworking facility located next door to The Century that opened 2019. Nine3One features 3 unique event spaces. The Alcove is the main event space that leads out into The Botanical Breezeway, a completely covered outdoor space that runs the length of the entire building. The Bouquet Bar is a small event space perfect for smaller parties and also makes a great space for cocktail hour. Nine3One has room for up to 70 guests when using all three spaces.

Riggers Loft is situated on the edge of the San Francisco Bay. It is urban chic with high loft ceilings and wooden trusses that invite further decoration. The venue is filled with windows looking out onto the bay with the city skyline directly across the bay. The inside space is 7000 square feet with a footprint that is malleable, and is easily and beautifully delineated by racks of wine barrels. Outside is a 5000 square foot patio overlooking the bay. Many lovely ceremonies have taken place there with sailboats drifting by, and seagulls and sea lions making their entrances as well.

Pier 27 offers two industrial-chic event spaces perfect for wedding celebrations ranging from 100 up to 800. The City View Room (23,000 square feet), offers views of the iconic Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room, also on the upper level, and connected to the City View Room, offers views of the Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. Che Fico is an Italian Taverna in San Francisco’s Nopa neighborhood. It’s a place to gather with friends and enjoy warm hospitality, food, and drink, through an approachable menu and convivial ambiance. The restaurant itself inhabits a building with over 100 years of history in San Francisco and was originally built as a stable after the great fire in 1906 and before our takeover of the space, an auto body shop. A complete overhaul of the building was necessary to bring it up to date. The space was further brought to life by the vibrant interior design of Jon de la Cruz and his firm DLC-ID and has since garnered multiple awards.

Del Popolo launched as a mobile pizzeria in May of 2012, churning out Neapolitan-inspired pizza from a glass enclosed shipping container on a Freightliner truck. Since then, we've been a staple at weddings and events, delighting guests with our artisanal pizzas. In November 2015, we expanded our offerings with the opening of our brick-and-mortar restaurant. Here, we continue to serve the same naturally-leavened, wood-fired pizza we've obsessed over since 2012, alongside market-driven antipasti, and a curated list of wine and beer, perfect for any celebration or gathering.

Welcome. Built-in 1886 for William and Bertha Haas, the House is an exuberant example of Queen Anne-style architecture. The Haas and Lilienthal families occupied the house until 1973. It then went into the trust of San Francisco Heritage, a non-profit architectural and cultural preservation organization that turned it into a museum and event venue for the enjoyment of the community. In 2012, the House was designated a National Treasure by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Hilda and Jesse is a brunch, dinner, and event space located in San Francisco's North Beach, offering modern fun luxury. Hi, my name is Iso, one of the founders of Forage Kitchen. Since 2017, our mission has been to support Oakland entrepreneurs by providing kitchen space, promotional help, and event organization. To support that mission, we rent our space throughout the year for weddings, corporate events, and parties of all kinds. Our space offers a full commercial kitchen, great outdoor space with overhead lighting, and most importantly, a fully stocked bar! With seating capacity for 160 and standing room for 230, it’s great for events of all kinds, and live music is always welcome!
