Sylvanside Farm, established in 1744, evokes the ambiance of a small village in the European countryside. In 2018, the farm was purchased and restored to its former glory. Kentlands Mansion is conveniently located in Gaithersburg, Maryland with easy access to I-270, nearby hotels, dining and shopping. The Tschiffely-Kent property has been a landmark along Darnestown Road since 1900. The stately mansion was built by Frederick Tschiffely, and later sold to Otis Beall Kent in 1942. The elegant property now belongs to the City of Gaithersburg, and is an ideal venue for weddings, receptions, social functions and business meetings.

Woodend Sanctuary & Mansion is an elegant wedding venue in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Conveniently located just 9 miles from downtown DC, it resides on a private 40-acre nature sanctuary. Built in 1927, this historic location was designed by the renowned architect John Russell Pope, who also designed the Jefferson Memorial, DAR Constitution Hall, and the National Archives Building. Environmentally conscious couples will appreciate this venue’s commitment to nature and wildlife preservation, offering a beautiful and sustainable setting for your special day. Part of the rental fee is tax-deductible.

Rosensteel Hall has been in business for over 50 years. We recently held a wedding reception for a fathers seventh daughter, all seven daughters held their receptions at Rosensteel Hall. We have a fully staffed commercial kitchen. We hold our own Montgomery County liquor license. We allow outside licensed and insured caterers. Our packages range from $21.95 per person up to $139.95 per per, with the average coming in around $50.00 per person. Most all packages include: 4hr.
