Easily accessible to Washington, DC, and Baltimore — with no Bay Bridge traffic — Pier450 is set amid a pastoral collection of farmland and marinas just minutes from St. Mary’s College and across the river from Virginia’s popular Northern Neck.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
We are a full service restaurant and catering company so outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Yes. There is ample free parking on site.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Typically events are planned for a four hour period (not including set-up and break-down). Additional time can be purchased for your event.
