Historic, breath taking 4 story barn The farm and barn are about 200 years old, and the barn was originally used for cows. Over the years, it has been very well taken care of, so the original beams are still there, in sizes and shapes that you just can't get anymore! The owners are the third generation in their family to take care of the property and are very grateful to be the current stewards. The barn renovations completed in 2020 and it is all ADA compliant and up to code. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent even with tables and chairs, a major benefit and money saver! In the event of rain, you can use the barn as a ceremony and reception space.

When Shane and Wayne Bernard (Co-owners of Pica’s Pub and Grill est. 1939) were presented with the opportunity to expand next door into the building formerly occupied by Laschi’s Garden Center they jumped at it. They knew exactly what the area was missing and wanted to create a fun space with quality food, ice cream and a renovated greenhouse to hold private events and weddings to compliment their full service restaurant next door. Featuring several of their fan favorite items from next door, quality Italian Deli Sandwiches and Gifford’s Premium Ice Cream. They have provided ample parking and an amazing outdoor area for relaxing by the fire pit, a competitive corn hole match or just a spot to enjoy good times with friends and family. Cheers!

The Red Lion Inn seamlessly blends rustic charm with coastal ease. Built in 1704, this historic inn boasts a magnificent Barn venue adorned with exquisite chandeliers, picturesque gardens, and several bars with enough space to host up to 250 guests. The inn also encompasses 15 hotel suites, onsite catering and event coordination, as well as intimate spaces for rehearsal dinners and private after-party celebrations. Every event at The Red Lion Inn is infused with gracious hospitality and New England elegance.

With panoramic views of tidal marshlands, woods and preserve, the estate includes two newly renovated, historic homes, a multi-level barn, and an unparalleled view of the sunset. Field to Fork Farm is a countryside wedding venue situated in Chester, New Hampshire. This organic working farm was established in 2005. The Garrison House is a beautiful, rustic venue in Chelmsford, MA that features a large outdoor area for tented weddings, a barn, and several rooms in one of our historic buildings. We can host weddings that seat up to 125 people in our tented outdoor space from May to October, with the historic building and barn available for getting-ready spaces and other aspects of your event. We can also host elopements and micro-weddings in the historic building year round. Outdoor ceremony space includes re-purposed church pew seating and an arch. We provide tent, tables, chairs, limited decorations and equipment, onsite parking, and a wheel chair accessible bathroom. We book larger weddings on Saturdays, which includes venue access on Friday evening and Sunday morning--discuss with our staff about also using this space for a rehearsal dinner or a post-wedding brunch! The Barn offers rustic elegance with unparalleled views. The first wedding at The Barn at Gibbet Hill took place in 2002 when Jed and Asia’s fantastic outdoor wedding plans got rained out. Back then the Barn was completely unrenovated – hay bales were moved to the edge of the room and the tractor had to be parked outside so a makeshift wedding aisle could be made. After witnessing the undeniable magic of that day, the idea to transform the Barn into a permanent wedding venue began to take hold. Two years later, after a massive renovation of the Barn was completed, The Barn officially opened for business. And two years after that, CBS-4 crowned the Barn the best wedding venue in the Boston Area!
