Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farm house with towering giant trees (they are grand old grandpa's and we love them!) The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farm house with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use just to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 16 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. Located in Fairfax County near Clifton, VA, Whitehall Farm offers 205+ acres of picturesque secluded woodlands filled with local wildlife, forested streams, and rolling pasture. Whitehall Farm has been in the Vazquez family for 60 years, and is currently run by Nadine Vazquez. Ms. Vazquez and her husband rebuilt Whitehall as a working educational farm, with the hope of permanently preserving it as an open space in an increasingly crowded Fairfax County. The barn will seat approximately 150 for a reception with dance floor. The barn has 2 private dressing suites, a caterer’s kitchen/prep area, and bar area. We will provide high quality chairs for indoor ceremony and tables and chairs for the reception.

Monroe Bay Vineyard is located on the water near Colonial Beach on the original birthplace Farm of our 5th President James Monroe. We have secluded and tranquil waterfront land to plan your perfect day. We have a large, unique barn made of natural, recycled materials of strawbales for insulation and recycled wine bottles for light and design. You no longer see the strawbales in the wall as they have been covered with a hydraulic lime the same material castles in France for hundreds of years have been made from. The inside is a museum quality white lime finish with unique curves with sun shining through the patterned wine bottle walls to give a unique backdrop.
