About this venue

Aix La Chapelle farm is an elegant and picturesque working farm with charming restored buildings from a Dairy Barn with soaring ceilings for your party room to a charming bakery for a sweet treat surprise. Tents are no longer needed, we have a beautiful pavilion with concrete floors, soaring ceilings and bistro lighting. Bountiful fields, flowering meadows, and vintage buildings complete the scenic landscape. There are still reasons to express joy, to embrace the journey and to cherish the moments. Come celebrate your marriage with us in the peach orchard, overlooking our fresh farm fields or with our buildings as a backdrop.

The Orchard offers stunning views as the canvas. During harvest season, the groves adds a special touch to our guests experience. The Lawn is a scenic location offering simplicity for both a ceremony and/or reception. It has been groomed to accommodate a tented structure for an evening under the stars or an afternoon of sunshine. The connection of The Midway begins all spaces within The Village together.

Soaring to heights of 30 feet, the Dairy Barn is perfect for both a ceremony and/or reception. The interior features an antique architectural bar, styled bookcases, eclectic lighting with stunning chandeliers, vignette seating and finishing touches.

The Cottages

Aix La Chapelle offers three private spaces to further your experience - Palmer House, Brewers Quarters and Sugarloaf Cottage. Each space perfect for event preparations on or before the day of your festivities while Brewers Quarters porch is an ideal location for a ceremony or intimate dinner.

Yes. For your security and ours, event insurance is required along with all vendors and contractors must be properly licensed and insured with documents submitted to our Director of Events.
Yes! We are excited to share our new stunning washrooms furnished in elegant and vintage décor.
We do. Our cottages are available as options to the Host for use during the day and overnight stays. Subject to availability.
We believe having an event planner for both weddings and mitzvahs is necessary so that the special day meets your vision. Our Director of Events will assist your event planner with the logistics of the venue and oversee all vendors along with contracted staff abide by our policies and your contract. We are happy to provide recommendations.
Yes. We have an approved list of caterers. If there is someone you wish to work with that is not on our approved list please have submit for consideration. All caterers must be approved.
Yes. To preserve the historical grounds, safety of our animals, guests and environment; the following are not allowed at the venue open flame candles, bonfires, fireworks, non-biodegradable confetti, wish lanterns, and sparklers. Affixing decor pieces to the walls, furnishings, windows or buildings is not allowed.
Yes. If we do not have an event prior, you may make advance arrangements for early set up at an additional hourly charge. Otherwise, setup and breakdown are restricted to the contract.
Certainly! Hosts can provide their own alcohol and must be served by the contracted licensed vendor.
Yes. Well behaved dogs are welcome if they will be with you and your guests the entire event.
