Our outdoor ceremonies are truly enchanting with a flagstone aisle leading to a pergola framed by a beautiful waterfront view. Overlooking the confluence of the Occoquan and Potomac Rivers, The Pergola, is an idyllic, open-air stage for your wedding ceremony in front of your closest family and friends.

• A 125-foot flagstone runway affords a picture perfect aisle for the bride’s entrance. • Resin Padded White Chairs for up to 146 guests. • One hour ceremony rehearsal with our Event Directors to ensure your vow exchange is seamless. Rehearsals generally occur 1-3 days before your wedding. • Table and a power source for your sound/audio vendors are provided.

Stunning Bar & Lounge

The stunning open floor plan in the Bar & Lounge sets the perfect tone for guests to mingle and enjoy dancing during cocktail hour and after dinner.

    Summer Wedding

    We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Osprey's at Belmont Bay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our first conversation, the team were quick to respond and easy to work with. They provided a day-of coordinator, Tori, who was incredible!! she handled setup, pivoted smoothly when rain came through, and kept everything running smoothly. The venue itself is stunning with beautiful natural light. The decor closet was such a smart touch and saved us money on rentals. We'd recommend The Osprey's in a heartbeat to any couple looking for a quality venue with a team that genuinely cares.

    Your Big Day Will Be a Breeze with Osrpeys

    We recently had our wedding at the Ospreys and it was an absolutely perfect day. We had Tori as our day of coordinator and she ensured everything was perfect and up to our standards. She even adjusted on the fly for us when we wanted to do most minute photo op. I had forgotten plenty of small things and she was more than prepared and made sure I had everything I needed and really went above and beyond. We had our ceremony indoors because of the rain, and it was still absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Ospreys as they are professional, excellent at what they do and they will make your special day a breeze.

    The Perfect Venue!

    When I first walked onto the property, I felt in my bones that I wanted to be married here - the pergola was breathtaking, the willow tree was INCREDIBLE (and one of my favorite trees ever!), and every single indoor space exceeded my expectations (especially the getting ready suites). Then we saw that Ospreys offers a day-of event coordinator with planning sessions starting about three months before the big day as well as a free borrowed decor inventory, and we were sold. Then we got to emailing with Vanessa and Tori and I knew we had made the right call. Tori was assigned as our event coordinator about three months out, and she was the most wonderful person to email with! I had so many venue-specific questions that she answered quickly and professionally, and I felt heard and respected in every interaction. Then came the wedding weekend and I truly cannot thank Vanessa, Tori, Sophie, and the rest of the team enough for their incredible work! We had to switch to the indoor ceremony space and pivot the design and layout the day of the wedding, and if you didn’t know I was planning for outdoors, you would have no idea this was the backup ceremony space! Tori checked in regularly with me throughout the morning, updating me on the weather, showed me a video of the ceremony space after it was decorated, and was attentive to our needs through the whole evening. They helped make our day truly special and I cannot thank the team enough for their coordination, setup, and takedown the day of our wedding!

    Absolutely Amazing

    I went to see the Osprey's back in January 2025 and fell in love with it right away. We met with Vanessa, who showed us the venue and went over reception options for our wedding. One thing we quickly realized was that the Osprey's had excellent customer service. Every question we had was answered quickly. Vanessa was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Even with the follow up questions we had after our tour, Vanessa responded to our emails quickly. Once we were about 45 days away from the wedding, we were paired with Tori, who was our Event Director. When we met with Tori, she was very friendly and helpful. One thing that we found helpful was the timeline template they provided us with. It helped us plan out our reception details with ease. One thing to note was that the Osprey's provides a list of preferred vendors to work with, such as DJ's, caterers etc. Their preferred list was a God send! We ended up hiring 2 of their preferred vendors and so happy we did! The day of our wedding was PERFECT. Everything we planned and wanted actually happened. I received so many compliments about the venue and my wedding and I was so happy our guests truly enjoyed it. Tori did a fantastic job as our event director and made sure we followed the timeline and kept things moving with ease. While the day flew by, we simply had an amazing wedding. I wanted to send a huge thank you to both Vanessa and Tori for making our special day go so well. :)

    The Perfect Venue

    From the first time we toured the venue through our wedding day, we had the most positive experience with The Osprey's at Belmont Bay! Vanessa and the team go out of their way to make the planning process as easy as possible - they truly considered and account for every detail to ensure the wedding day goes smoothly. The waterfront venue, inside reception areas, and bridal/groomsmen suites are absolutely gorgeous - our guests are still raving about it all three weeks after our wedding! I cannot recommend The Osprey's at Belmont Bay enough!!
