Once we got to the point of planning our wedding, he was the first vendor we reached out to, and working with him was the best decision we made! In addition to being incredible at DJing and giving us the amazing dance party we were hoping for (especially after multiple COVID-related postponements), DJ Maskell also served as a de facto wedding planner in the weeks leading up, since we didn't have a planner. He was incredibly helpful at keeping us on track, and without him, everything would not have gone nearly as smoothly as it did. Saroj James Hyoju, got into DJ industry upon walking into Latin club in Dallas, Texas in 2015. Coming from band background, he was surprised to see how people were moved by “Gasolina”, a reggaeton song. Observing how DJ was controlling the crowd’s energy while enjoying himself, this made him curious about club music genres, besides metal and rock. Following immediately, he hosted a Bring Your Own Beer (BYOB) house party, where 50 people showed up.
