“The ENTIRE night...we kept hearing "Your DJ is so fun!!!" and we could not agree more! Gemma and Luv'dup DJs was so easy, fun, and stress-free to work with from the very beginning. We were assured that the music we wanted to play would be played, that they had sound/mics/audio/lights all under control, and that Gemma would dance the night away with us. We opted to do the uplighting package, and that was worth every penny too. The whole Luv'dup team was so communicative and professional throughout the entire planning process. We wanted a fun, upbeat feeling for cocktail hour and dinner, and a dance floor that was packed the whole night. Gemma absolutely delivered both, and she read the room SO perfectly to keep playing songs that the crowd would love dancing and singing to. I know I'm biased, but I truly don't think I have never seen a dance floor so crowded and happy at a wedding. We have Gemma and Luv'dup to thank for curating the perfect, joyful party. We could not recommend Luv'dup DJs and Gemma more...especially if you are getting married at Curtis Arboretum!”

“When my husband and I started our wedding planning journey, we wanted to find a DJ that would be able to play music form both my culture (Haitian) and my husbands (Puerto Rican). During my search, his business popped up on IG. I went through his IG profile and knew he was the one I wanted. I sent his profile to my husband and he sold. What also sold us was all the extra services he had! Everything all in one place. In all I booked the sparklers, smoke machine, 360 Photo Booth, an Emcee, and gobo lights. My first dance, OMG. Guests are sending me videos they took. Being in the experience was one thing. Watching the videos, I couldn’t stop crying at how beautiful it turned out. The smoke machine and sparklers just brought everything together. Everyone RAVED about the 360 booth. And the MUSIC. We didnt stop moving all night. “The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“DJ Pat Ryan is the best there is!! Everything was PERFECT, and he absolutely exceeded our expectations. People loved the food, florals, venue, etc. - but we received by far the most compliments about DJ Pat. I (bride) never left the dance floor once... The mixing and transitions to pack as many songs in as possible was fantastic. We like a pretty broad range of genres, and he absolutely nailed it. There was also an amazing balance of music for different generations present - way better executed than we could have dreamed of. “Do not walk, RUN to book with 3 West Productions and DJ Jeff!! You’ve found your entertainment for your big day and there’s no need to look any further. Cross this one off your list! Where do we even begin to say how grateful and how much fun we had ar our wedding? We had such an amazing experience with 3 West from start to finish and could not recommend them enough. We kicked off a video call with co-owner, Matt, who spent time getting to know us personally, broke down their services, how everything works and answered all of our questions. We truly felt like we were in good hands. Our biggest priority for our wedding was the DJ. We love dancing and listening to music and we wanted someone who would keep everyone on the dance floor. DJ Jeff was referred to us by a family friend who raved about him! And he did not disappoint! About a month out from the wedding we hopped on a video call with Jeff to go over our vision of the day, songs we would like to be played and he also took the time to know us as a couple. DJ Jeff exceeded all expectations! He played one hit after another and made it extremely hard to leave the dance floor. “Eddie & Dave were awesome! They were our DJ and emcee for our wedding ceremony and reception on August 31. Eddie was easy to communicate with, and was there for us through the whole experience from beginning to end. The second it was dance time, they got the crowd up and out onto the dance floor in a heartbeat, and most didn’t leave the dance floor until the night was over.
