“Lia and the exceptional Omni team absolutely made our wedding dreams come true. Even in the pouring rain! We are so grateful to how detail oriented and focused they were on ensuring the day went without a hitch. Some of the team up on the mountain even helped me try to blow dry and pat dry my dress during the cocktail hour! The venue is stunning, the food was delicious, and the Omni team helped us personalize our wedding down to the tiniest details: including fun signature cocktails, little gold animals for the kids, and they even set aside apps for bride/groom during the cocktail hour- otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten to try them! They also greeted each guest off the gondola with an umbrella. Our guests said they have never felt so welcome and everyone had a blast! Thank you Omni- you’ll have a special place in our hearts forever and we look forward to coming back to visit year after year and remember back to the best day ever”

“Our experience with Owl’s Nest was absolutely incredible from start to finish! From the moment we toured the venue with Gail, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. She made the entire booking process so easy and helped us choose the perfect date. Owl’s Nest truly offers an all-in-one experience — the on-site lodging made it so convenient for our family and friends, and every space on the property is breathtaking. We hosted our wedding in The Lakehouse, which was stunning, and originally planned to have our rehearsal dinner and welcome party in The Vault. When our guest list grew, the team seamlessly moved our welcome party to The Sunset Pavilion, and it worked out perfectly! We even reserved the golf simulators at Slice, which added such a fun touch for our guests. A huge thank-you to Taylor, our event planner — she was absolutely amazing. She put so much thought and detail into everything and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The night before and the day of the wedding, she and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I was nervous about vendor coordination, and Taylor personally reached out to each one to confirm everything so I wouldn’t have to worry. On our wedding day, she was my cheerleader, problem-solver, and calm in the chaos. I know Owl’s Nest has several planners, but I truly feel so lucky to have had Taylor. More than 50 years later, we offer 17 event venues in five locations across the state. We’ve catered to countless happy brides, local businesses, proud parents, raucous best men, bridesmaids, and delighted friends. We’ve planned perfect roasts, showers, BBQs, fundraisers, anniversaries, parties, dinners, and weddings. Their professionalism and expertise put us at ease throughout the planning process even when unforeseen circumstances created a change in coordinator; the team was available in person or via phone or email to talk through any of the ideas we wanted to see on our day. On the day of, the venue made for the most beautiful backdrop to our special day; our guests got to go on a journey through the stunning grounds as they transitioned from our greenhouse ceremony, to cocktail hour on the terrace overlooking the mountains and lastly dinner and a night of dancing in the barn. Krysta and her day-of coordination team were absolute stars, and they made us feel like family throughout our entire wedding experience. They set up all of our decor and personalized touches, as well as worked with our outside vendors to help them prepare for the day. Her and her team truly brought our vision to life, down to the smallest details like the blue goblets and rust-colored napkins. The food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were so kind and attentive to us and our guests. We could not recommend The Barn on the Pemi enough!”

“Cardigan Lodge is THE place if you want to spend quality time with your people on your wedding day. We had guests come up Friday afternoon and they stayed through Sunday morning which allowed us to meaningfully connect with each of our guests. A favorite moment was early Saturday morning drinking coffee and puzzling by the fireplace before the commotion of wedding day began. Every meal was excellent and accommodated a large variety of dietary restrictions. The AMC staff was happy to help and executed each task we asked of them with care and attention to detail. Carter (business manager) and Skye (lodge manager) were excellent to work with. They were responsive to our questions and set expectations for what the AMC would provide vs. what we would need to coordinate from the start. For us, the lodge was a blank slate and, with the AMC's help, we made my lofty vision a reality. But really, Cardigan Lodge is beautiful as is and the mountains and forest provide a stunning backdrop on their own.
