Her experience with food and beverage, photography, florals, design, and logistics, with a deep connection to capturing special moments made her a perfect match for wedding planning!

Hi there! My name is Katie & I always seem to accidentally plan anything into an event of some kind and before I knew it people were asking me to do it for them for almost every life occasion they had. I genuinely enjoy planning/coordinating anything wether it’s a wedding, birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, etc. I have great communication skills, especially with other vendors, which is important for every detail to be captured/ displayed on the day of your event.

I started my career working in Catering Sales at an upscale Country Club. During my time in this career, I did my best to learn the industry and gain knowledge of how food and beverage runs on the backside of an event as well as how to accurately run an event timeline. During my time at the Country Club, I assisted with nearly 450 weddings plus hundreds of other non-ceremonial events. Although this career required a lot of invested time, I am forever grateful for all that I've learned and have been able to keep with me during my own event planning. After departing from the Country Club, my husband and I started our own little family.

Our team is based in Chicago, Illinois and Sarasota, Florida. We work in New York City often and travel worldwide... wherever our couple's love takes us! We begin working with you from the very start, whether you book our team for coordination services or planning services.

Nailah is a born Canadian, but lived her formative years on a tiny island in the Caribbean- St.Vincent and the Grenadines a chain of 32 islands. As a teenager Nailah moved back to Canada where she educated herself before moving to Maryland .Nailah got married to her childhood sweetheart Andre Prince, they both share a beautiful son Kaamil Prince. My interest in decorating continued and throughout the years I have helped clients plan a variety of events, choose decor; napkins, plates, favors, printed napkins, and of course centerpieces - to make the ultimate tablescape.
