I was the head cook at my parents’ restaurant for years, and my uncle owned the Fox and Hounds Restaurant in Newport. Now, I bring that rich heritage to every event. Manis & Co. is generations in the making! When Brandon and Kristen met, they bonded over their love for homecooked family meals.
