“My husband and I hired Edgar (Anchor Studios) as our photographer for our wedding on July 7, 2024. He did an amazing job!! Since we started working with him for our engagement pictures up to the wedding and after, he has been great at communication and very professional. He went above and beyond by helping us create a timeline for our wedding because didn’t know how weddings usually go. He worked so hard on the day of our wedding to get the best shots, and was very kind and helped us a lot with organizing order of events. He had great ideas for poses and was very mindful to get all the pictures we wanted with family members and bridal party. And even better than all of this, when we got the pictures, they came out amazing!! It’s very clear that he put a lot of hard work into making them look incredible. He is a very talented and skilled photographer. We were blown away by how they turned out! We are very thankful for how hard he worked and how great he made the picture look! We highly recommend him!”

“We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Karla for our wedding! From the first consultation to the final gallery delivery, she was professional and incredibly talented. One of the things we appreciated most was how closely Karla followed our picture list. We had a few specific shots and family groupings that were really important to us, and she made sure every one was captured without us having to worry or remind them on the day. Her attention to detail and organization helped everything flow so smoothly. Karla was assertive with family and friends who needed to be included in the pictures- it’s exactly what you need when you have a big wedding party and family! On the big day, she captured every moment perfectly—both the big emotional highlights and the small, candid in-between shots that we’ll treasure forever. Her eye for detail, use of natural light, and ability to make everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera truly set her apart. Karla does such a wonderful job giving guidance to everyone involved- even little kids. She blended seamlessly into the day, making sure nothing felt staged or forced, and she captured genuine emotion throughout. Kaleb Hill Photography
Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Pascagoula, MS

I'm a devout Christian and family man. I served my country proudly as an Army Infantryman and did one tour to Iraq from 09-10. I'm an avid movie watcher. Shawshank Redemption and Tommy Boy are two of my all-time favorite movies. I have a very laid-back and relaxed demeanor, but at the same time, I'm a perfectionist and extremely organized with a keen eye for detail. I have a major in computer engineering and a minor in electrical engineering. In my spare time, I enjoy felling trees, tinkering with electronics, and learning Jiu-Jitsu. Above all these, I love taking pictures of the world around me and transforming them into masterpieces.

“Kaleb was very time efficient, he planned everything out according to how I wanted it, and his eye for good wedding memories is fantastic! We absolutely love our pictures (that we got back in a WEEK by the way!!!) and our wedding video is just so sweet. He managed to get every single shot and more without even knowing he was there! And his prices were SO worth what you get from him!”

We're Alyse & Ben, and we are SO happy that you're here! As a husband and wife photography duo, we are honored to be a part of the beginning of your lives together. When we're not photographing weddings, you can probably find us planning our next adventure together. We both grew up in South America and LOVE traveling the world! If you're dreaming of a destination wedding or session, or even one close to home, let's make that happen!

“Alyse and Ben are an absolute dream — truly the BEST decision we made for our wedding day! As a super Type A and detail-obsessed bride, I met with several photographers before booking, and no one came close to the connection we felt with them. From our first conversation, it was clear how deeply they care about their couples — not just about capturing beautiful photos (which they absolutely do), but about really getting to know you and your story. They brought so much warmth, kindness, and heart to the entire process. We felt so supported every step of the way, and come wedding day, they were such a calming and joyful presence. Their light, bright, romantic style was everything we dreamed of for our garden-inspired wedding — and the photos are beyond stunning. Every shot feels full of life, emotion, and love. Not to mention, they got us some beautiful sneak peek photos of the wedding less than a week later!! We also adored the husband-and-wife dynamic. My husband especially loved working with Ben, and it was so fun having both of them there guiding us with ease and genuine excitement. Alyse and Ben made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and captured us exactly as we are. We are endlessly grateful to them and could not recommend them more — book them, and prepare to be obsessed with your photos forever!”

I'm Meghan Ann Imagery! I'm an wedding storyteller and lover of love. I offer photography and videography services for elopements, micro weddings, and traditional weddings. Based in Alaska and servicing the PNW and New England.

“I found Meghan on TikTok literally the day after I got engaged and immediately knew she had to be our photographer. I wouldn’t let my husband take no for an answer — and I’m so glad I didn’t. From the very beginning, Meghan was friendly, down-to-earth, and made both of us feel totally comfortable (which was really important to me because I normally feel so awkward in front of a camera!). She did both our engagement shoot and our wedding, and was amazing at communicating throughout the whole process. She really took the time to understand our vision for a cozy, casual backyard wedding — and brought it to life through her warm, documentary-style photos that perfectly captured the vibe of the day. So many guests commented on how awesome the photographers were! Even though I leaned toward candid, documentary shots, Meghan was super flexible and helped us with some posed photos too, which turned out beautiful. She even helped set up our tattoo station (and got her own temporary sleeve — iconic), and sent us some Polaroids after the wedding, which was the cutest touch. Overall, Meghan was such a good vibe. It honestly felt like hanging out with a close friend who just happened to have a camera and a really good eye (: Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Working with Christin at Christin Sofka Photography was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding journey. From our very first inquiry to the days following our wedding, Christin has been nothing short of phenomenal—responsive, professional, fun, and such a warm presence throughout. We initially found her because of her stunning photography style, but it was her incredible personality that sealed the deal. From our first call, she genuinely wanted to get to know us—our story, our vibe, our vision—and it showed in everything she did. Before we even officially hired her, Christin was helping us find a venue that aligned with our dream, connecting us with other amazing vendors, and offering support in ways far beyond the role of a photographer. She was in it with us every step of the way. I’m usually awkward in front of a camera, but somehow Christin made it feel effortless and fun. She created an environment where we could just be ourselves—and that joy, love, and personality came through in every photo. Our pictures shine with who we are. Every idea we had, she embraced and brought to life in ways that exceeded our expectations. She was just as excited as we were the entire time—and honestly, I can’t imagine our day without her. Christin is not just a photographer—she’s a true artist, a cheerleader, and a calming, creative force you’ll be so lucky to have by your side. If you’re considering hiring her: do it. A Charleston Wedding Photographer with a fierce love for storytelling, fostering memories and capturing those moments that you will want to treasure forever. I get to tell your story. And, I think that’s pretty cool. I love traveling everywhere and anywhere, talking with my hands, buying plants (and attempting to keep them alive), and spending as much time as I can with my loved ones. I have lived in Boston, Paris, and New York City, and am now lucky enough to call Charleston home, while also still traveling the world for my clients. You can usually find me on my back porch in downtown Charleston, right next to my favorite little park.

“tldr: Jessica is amazing and I don’t think you can go wrong with her if this is the style of photos you like I had a lot of difficulty picking a photographer as I’m pretty picky with photos. I knew I wanted something bright and light, with kind of a whimsical or ethereal vibe, but it was really hard finding the style until I came across the “fine art” style. Jessica’s name came up while researching this style and I decided to reach out to her among a few other fine art photographers. I definitely hoped talks would go well with Jessica as the others I contacted ended up either not responding or were wildly out of my budget. Pre-Planning: Jessica was wonderful throughout this process. She promptly responded to my emails and answered questions clearly. I never felt like I was left in the dark for any part of the process. When I sent her the timeline of the ceremony/reception, she quickly came up with a timeline to slot in all the photos to be taken ahead of time at the location (We had access to the venue for a little over an hour prior to the ceremony). She also asked for a list of family photos that we wanted to take. This made it very easy at the wedding as she could call out people’s name to make sure everyone that was supposed to be in the pictures, were in the pictures. Jessica also sent over a list of ideas for detail shots and explained she could do this ahead of time. We didn’t want extra pictures of these and decided against it, however, I still thought it was very thoughtful of her to offer. Wedding Day: I loved her energy at the wedding. She was very calm and felt very competent. She directed my husband and I throughout the pictures, showing us poses etc. During family and wedding party photos, even though we had many bodies to fit in the frame in quite a few pictures, she led us through them with ease and the entire experience was very stress free (or as stress free as can be at a wedding lol). The venue was quite dim at specific locations, but the final results did not reflect that at all. The pictures were bright and did not look like they were taken in the dark at all. (This is a little off topic but I loved the little apron with pockets she wore for her equipment. So cute) I’m not sure when Jessica had the time, but there were pictures around the venue which were so beautiful. I definitely feel like the day was captured through the pictures. Post Wedding: Jessica sent us a sneak peak 2 days after the wedding containing 23 pictures. They turned out great and were beautiful. You can see examples on her website so I won’t elaborate, but they really are that good. The full gallery was sent almost a month after the wedding (minus 2 days) with instructions on purchasing prints or an album attached. The full download contained 650ish files, including the sneak peek pictures. Half of which were black and white, so this matched up pretty perfectly with Jessica’s estimation of the amount of photos when we spoke in the pre-planning stage.”
