The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. Established in 1969, the 50-acre parcel in Brunswick with nothing more than an old barn and a dream. The barn, originally built in 1869, became the foundation for a Ski Lodge, but would ultimately become the event center that it is today. Although many updates and renovations have taken place over the last 50 years the original barn remains intact, and its beams are still visible in the hall. Over the years Skyview Lodge has held countless events. The building was renovated again in 2001 to expand its capacity and continue building upon the success of the hall rentals.
