    We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at The Aviator Cleveland! From the moment we booked until the final moments of our wedding night, everything was seamless, beautiful, and beyond what we had imagined—thanks to the incredible team, especially Jen Seidel and Khadar Soussou. Jen and Khadar were truly a dream to work with. They made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, and were so easy to communicate with—always responsive, thoughtful, and willing to meet in person as often as needed. They made us feel so supported throughout planning, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Nothing was overlooked—from the big picture down to the tiniest elements that brought our vision to life. They anticipated things we hadn’t even thought of and made sure every detail was planned with intention. Their organization made us feel confident at every step, and their timelines and execution were flawless. The day of the wedding was truly magical. The venue is absolutely stunning—modern, elegant, and versatile, with gorgeous spaces that flowed beautifully from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. The way everything came together was like something out of a dream. What really set this experience apart was the professionalism and care of the entire staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and on top of their game. Our guests are still raving about how smoothly everything went and how welcoming the team was. Thanks to Jen, Khadar, and the whole Aviator team, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment of our day without stress. If you're looking for a venue that combines gorgeous design, top-tier service, and an absolutely outstanding team, you will not find a better place than The Aviator Cleveland.

    The Aviator Event Center & Pub was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. Their assistance with planning, great communication, and fantastic staff made our wedding a delight! Shout-out to Tyler, one of their event coordinators who went above and beyond to help ensure our Hindu-American fusion wedding went smoothly. We - and our budget - also loved all the extras that came with their venue rental. The spaces are beautiful, and they were super accommodating when the weather did not permit an outdoor ceremony (classic Cleveland) and provided and set up a second room for us! Our guests all raved about the food and service, and enjoyed the custom menu we created. Overall 11/10 experience, and would definitely plan an event there again!

    Our experience with The Aviator was better than we could have ever imagined! From the tour of the venue to the day of the wedding everything was so simple and straight forward. Jen was spectacular and helped make everything we could have dreamed of a reality. We dropped all our stuff off the night before and let them do their stuff and it was perfect. We also held our rehearsal dinner here the night before and it was great. The food for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding was spectacular! We heard so many great things about the venue and the food from all our guests. If you are thinking about touring and having your wedding here I can't recommend it enough!

    The Aviator is a beautiful and modern venue, perfect for our dream wedding of 300 guests. The Aviator staff are highly professional and considerate. We worked with Jen Seidel, operations manager, for an entire year to help our wedding vision come to reality. She was easy to work with, always available, and happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. Her calm demeanor was essential while planning a significant day! Positively, The Aviator does all the wedding set-up and the cleaning after the reception, which was one of our top priorities when looking for a venue. They also allowed us time the day before for the bridal party to practice their entrances. The food was absolutely delicious. All guests, including those with meal accommodation changes, were served dinner quickly, and we got a lot of compliments on the food. The drinks were incredible, and the bar service was remarkable. We had an open bar. I can’t repeat enough that the service was exceptional! Everyone at the Aviator was professional, accommodating, easy to work with, and excellent at their jobs. We had so many children at our wedding; all the staff members were patient, mindfull, and helpful. After our wedding, we had guests contact us to communicate how impressed they were with the overall service of the Aviator staff, especially the servers and bartenders! Finally, our wedding wouldn’t have come together without the hard work of the Event Management Team, especially Roula Elias, Aviator Event Manager, whom we worked closely with the day before and the day of the wedding. Thank you, Aviator, our wedding was perfect!
