We had a makeup trial a few months before the event, where we got a chance to review the look for the day-off and customize colors to what I wanted. She spent a lot of time to perfect the makeup for the trial and took notes to ensure she wouldn't forget what I wanted. For the day-of, Heidi was very professional and put together a beauty timeline weeks before the event, so all the bridesmaids and mothers were aware of what time they would be getting hair and makeup done, and provided an info sheet to make the process smoother. She also provided each girl with a touch-up kit with the lip color. I could not be happier with how the makeup turned out for both our wedding weekend events.
