Onsite Beauty Artistry is a professional bridal hair and makeup team based in Issaquah, Washington as well as Queen Creek, Arizona. Brooke Galasso, the owner of the company, is a licensed cosmetologist and has been in the beauty industry for more than 14 years. Onsite Beauty Artistry strives to ensure that every client feels and looks beautiful from the inside out, creating an unforgettable experience.

Onsite Beauty Artistry travels onsite all over Washington and Arizona, and they travel for Destination weddings as well! Brooke and her team strive to deliver a seamless service. You should book as soon as you can, some dates book a year in advance. We do try our best to accommodate last minute bookings so it's always worth emailing us to check. ​
We do work holiday weekends but there will be an additional fee of $100 per Artist for these following holiday weekends but not limited to: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. This additional fee is a direct bonus to the artists on your wedding. ​
Yes we are licensed and insured, and can provide insurance information for your venue if needed!
Yes, we specialize in accommodating large groups. We have worked with up to 15 ladies for both hair and makeup on a wedding and can accommodate any group size with enough notice/availability. ​
Our team is willing to travel however far is needed but with that in mind, the travel fees are higher. If you are inquiring to have the team travel out of state, or a destination, a custom package will be created. ​
We have outlined EVERYTHING you need to know about how to prep your hair and skin for your services, located on our page "WEDDING DAY". Once you have read through everything and have any more questions, send us over an email and we can help answer anything!
The non-refundable retainer is $200 for Bride, plus $50 per each additional service. This payment will be deducted from the final balance due that is to be paid 14 days prior to the wedding date.
Our team has a large range of extensive experience with hair and/or makeup ranging from 2-14 years. Every one of the stylists and artists that work for Onsite Beauty Artistry goes through an extensive interview and auditioning process to prove that their skills are up to our standards. And we are always continuing education and training.
We charge $1.15 per mile, round trip, from Rosé Beauty Bar (WA) or San Tan Valley Library (AZ) to the final getting ready location per artist contracted for your wedding date. If your final getting ready location exceeds 150 miles round trip, a lower rate of $0.75 mileage fee will be charged. For close distances, we have a $50 minimum fee per artist. EXAMPLE w/1 Artist: Getting ready location is 65 miles one way: 65 miles away x 2 x $1.15 = $149.50 Getting ready location is 95 miles one way: 95 miles away x 2 x $0.75 = $142.50
Wedding hair and/or makeup start time depends on the number of services, and the “ready time” established by photographer and/or coordinator. Once we have that time we will determine start time. We will create a schedule for getting ready, this helps make things run smoothly for you, and bridal party and keeps you on time for photos
Wedding day rates available on our website have all processing fees and taxes built into the rate so you don't have to worry about additional fees for that.
For brides, we allot one-hour for their services on the timeline so if you have both hair and makeup, we will be with you for two-hours on the timeline. For bridesmaids, moms etc., we have them allotted for 45-minutes per service. Flowergirls, junior bridesmaids, mature women and the filter effect are allotted 30-minutes per service.

    Brooke did my hair for my wedding day and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. We went with modern waves worn all down with one side softly tucked back, and she added the most beautiful pearl details that brought everything together perfectly. It looked absolutely stunning and held up all night without needing any adjustments. I do have some sensory sensitivities, and Brooke was so mindful and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, which made getting ready actually enjoyable and relaxing. On top of her talent, her communication and professionalism made such a difference leading up to the wedding. I felt completely at ease knowing my hair was in good hands, and that peace of mind is truly priceless on your wedding day. I would recommend her to any bride without hesitation

    Amazing !

    Brooke did an amazing job. She’s very talented and gave me a compassionate, kind and high-quality experience. My bridesmaids and I all loved our makeup as well as I love my hair and it stayed the 12 hours it needed to Brooke made me feel like myself but better I highly recommend. I got so many compliments from many people after my trial and the day of and I couldn’t have been happier. I know if I need her I will be using her in the future to do my makeup or hair.

    Everything I’d hoped for!

    We had a hectic wedding day as our wedding was at a private property on a day an atmospheric river was scheduled to roll through. Between setting up the morning of, putting the finishing touches on our wedding cake, and hoping for the pouring rain to let up, the morning of my wedding should have been a very stressful experience. But, from the minute I sat in Mariah’s chair I had no worries about what the rest of the day would hold. The Onsite Beauty team was so confident, supportive and easygoing. It was exactly what I and my bridal party needed. In the past, getting my makeup done has made me feel unnatural. I don’t often wear makeup and Brooke’s talents highlighted my natural features while still making me feel like I had little to no makeup on - I felt like myself! Mariah produced the perfect wavy look that held up extraordinarily well throughout our rainy outdoor ceremony. Having naturally curly hair I worried my hairstyle would frizz immediately and it held up beautifully into the evening. I couldn’t have picked a better HMUA team!

    Beautiful, Natural, and Stress-Free

    Onsite Beauty Artistry was absolutely amazing for my wedding day! They did hair and makeup for me, my mom, and my bridesmaids, and the entire experience was flawless. Communication was clear and easy from the start, and they were confident, calm, and professional throughout the morning. Brooke did our makeup and completely exceeded our expectations. I wanted a natural look, which can be hard to find in the wedding world, and she absolutely nailed it. I was able to share inspiration photos from past weddings, and she curated the perfect look, enhancing natural beauty without heavy glam. Christine did all of our hair and was incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable and executed every style we asked for with ease and perfection, including my fancy ponytail.
