There are simply not enough words to express my gratitude towards Ali and all that she did for us throughout our wedding planning process and our wedding day. It all started when I toured our venue and she was the on site coordinator. She is literally one of the reasons why I booked our venue. She made me felt so welcome and supported from that very first encounter. When she told me she was leaving our venue to start her own wedding planning business, I didn't even think twice about booking her separately, because I KNEW that she was the planner and coordinator I wanted to work with. Needless to say, she did not disappoint. I was never ever afraid to reach out and ask for advice, questions, or just to share funny stories along the way. She always made me feel extremely comfortable, she always gave me her honest opinion, and she was not afraid to put her foot down for me so I wouldn't exceed my budget. She also found ways to make my last minute ideas come to life, that I will be forever grateful for -- she made me a BEAUTIFUL backdrop that she set up for cocktail hours so our guests could take photos and then moved it behind our sweetheart table for the reception... and she set up a champagne tower last minute for our entrance. Our wedding day, she went way past above and beyond for us and I could not be more grateful. She made sure everything was absolutely perfect and she even handled our bridal party perfectly (our rowdy chosen family)... :) I've said this her before, and I will say it again and again and again... Ali was born to do this. Her joy in creating and her love for her couple shows through in everything she does. She is just all around a bright light in what could have been a very stressful time, had I chosen to not book her. I would give her way more than 5 stars if I could.

Where do I even begin? Hiring Angela to help coordinate our wedding was THE BEST decision we made. Our wedding was on the smaller side -- we only invited 65 people -- and when we first started planning, we questioned if we even needed a coordinator, but oh my god we absolutely did and I'm so happy we had Angela's support. From our first call with her, we knew we wanted to hire her. She is so kind, sweet and attentive. She saw our vision and was immediately on board. We hired her for month of coordination which was the perfect amount of support. Leading up to the wedding, she was so helpful in coordinating all of our vendor communication, and I'm sure she did work behind the scenes that I'm not even aware of just to make sure everything was going to plan. She was so upbeat and organized at our wedding rehearsal. Our wedding party kept commenting on how awesome she was. We ran into a few vendor issues days before our wedding, including the hotel where our wedding room block was trying to charge us a hefty 1,000 fee just to take a few photos on their property and our reception venue doing last minute construction. Both situations could have been extremely stressful, but Angela handled them like a pro and jumped in to make sure everything was taken care of for us. We held our wedding at the Santa Barbara Courthouse and my biggest concern was always rain since it is an outdoor space. Luckily, it didn’t rain, but I never in a million years would have imagined that I should have been concerned about an entire high school prom showing up to take their prom photos at the exact same time as our wedding ceremony. Thankfully we had Angela and her team on site to make sure the prom was moved as far away from our space as possible! She is seriously a wonder — and shoutout to Brandon on her team who is also fantastic! Do yourself a favor and hire Angela! You won’t regret it. Thank you so much again, Angela! You’re the best and we sincerely appreciate you!

Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!

Teyanna was absolutely everything and more! I hired her for day of coordination, decor and florals. She exceeded my expectations. We had a South Asian Muslim wedding. She took the time to listen and understand my culture, wishes and vision. She was extremely realistic and reminded me of my budget and what I could do vs not do. I’m a project manager and extremely Type A. It’s hard to impress me, but she was not only able to impress me but was a step ahead. She and I worked on a timeline and had multiple versions to make sure everything was accounted for. She started advising me several months ahead of my wedding. I’m so grateful for her, it’s so important to have someone day of. If you’re gonna spend tens of thousands of dollars on a wedding HIRE TEYANNA so you can enjoy the day you spent so much time and money on. We found Cassandra on Zola and set up a meeting for partial planning services. It was a one and done conversation--we knew immediately that she was the right planner for us! Her clear communication, organization, and professionalism made her the obvious choice. We felt confident in relying on her expertise to bring our Fall-themed Tahoe wedding to life, and she did not disappoint. Cassandra is a true professional and expert at her craft -- For partial planning services, she provided a detailed month-by-month checklist complete with notes and recommendations to guide us in meeting our wedding deadlines. About six weeks before the wedding, she took over all aspects of the planning process. She is an experienced planner that has built out her own inventory of rentals (which was a big help so I didn't have to track those things down), and has a great knowledge base of reliable venues and vendors in the area to work with. A few of our vendors (my selections, not hers) were a challenge to wrangle, and I was relieved to be able to loop Cassandra into those conversations to get things back on track. She also brings a ton of creativity and first hand experience to the design process that I really valued. She built us a beautiful design board and iterated on it with us until we 100% loved it. She also did a great job of day of coordination and made sure we could be fully immersed in the day instead of sweating details. I'm still speechless when I think about our Wedding. It was one of the best days of our lives, and will be crystalized in my mind as a perfect day forever. We are immensely grateful to Cassandra for her outstanding work and thankful for the friendship we developed along the way. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Art in Motion!

Meshawn and the team at Perfection Unlimited were our Coordination team for our October 2023 wedding. We could not have asked for a better team to coordinate our unique wedding ceremony that was a surprise to our guests. After connecting with PU via Thumbtack back in mid-2023, we spoke with Matthew who immediately understood the importance of our vision. Our wedding was held at the New Parkway Theater in Oakland, Ca. It started off as a friends and family screening of a short film (the Bride was the director, the Groom was a crew member). Then, during the post-film Q&A, we revealed to our guests that we were getting married right then and there in the theater. Not only did PU coordinate a film screening complete with red carpet, step & repeat photos, food, drink, DJ and more, but they helped transition into a full wedding ceremony. Meshawn ran point on everything: rehearsal, procession, recession, cake, etc. Stellar team members, Angel and Rakisha, executed everything flawlessly. Angel acted as the special events coordinator, making sure our tech was on point (sound, picture, graphics, everything!) and she even made a reel for us to post on our socials. PU was up for the challenge of our 2-in-1 surprise wedding/film screening, and they rose to that challenge with much aplomb. For what we asked for, they could've up-charged us greatly. PU made us feel heard and seen throughout the process. We wanted our wedding to be a collaboration between BIPOC businesses and creators celebrating what we can achieve when we work together. Thanks to PU for what they promised, perfection.

I honestly have no idea how I would have managed the wedding day without Natalie’s help. If you’re undecided about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. If you don’t know if you need one, that means YOU DO. Furthermore, I highly recommend you book Christina with Ingobgo events. I met her at the Los Angeles Wedding Expo on Sept 24th, 2023. She was the only planner I spoke to at the expo that really took time to explain what a wedding process is like. I know that might sound silly but I felt pretty clueless and the extra energy she gave was very appreciated. At these expos there are hundreds of people filtering through and I felt like she was really passionate about her craft. In less than 2 weeks my then fiancé and I met with her in person and happily signed our contract with 134 days until it was time to say “I do.” Reasons why I loved working with her on my wedding: - She made decisions when I didn’t want to. I never grew up envisioning a wedding so I was pretty clueless for well, most things. I didn’t have a vision for flowers for instance. She crafted a proposal for my flower vision based on elements like favorite color, bridesmaid dresses etc. She literally would put things together and “say tell me if you love it, hate it, or any other feelings you have.” This helped me feel more comfortable to be authentic and honest along the wedding journey. - She negotiated rates for things I wouldn’t have fathomed as negotiable - She gave honest feedback to vendors and had tough conversations I didn’t have the energy for - She joined planning calls we had with our vendors (videographer/DJ) and managed vendor calls that weren’t necessary for us to be on (flowers, furniture) - She met with us in person more times than we anticipated which was great given that we were planning a wedding in 4 months. Meeting in person often isn’t necessary but when you’re moving quickly in a short period of time sometimes the humanizing measures really make the biggest difference like they did here. - She kept us on track with budget and payments. - She uses an app for organizing, designing and tracking your wedding. If you love google docs then you’ll love this process. I’m more of an excel gal and don’t use apps too often but I definitely appreciated the organization of the this! - She has a day of assistant Katie who was funny, and extremely helpful to all members of the wedding party. By the end of the 4 months my partner and I would commonly refer to Christina as our “wedding mom.” I feel sad that the wedding journey has come to an end but I am so happy with how everything transpired. My husband and I had an amazing time, and thanks to Christina we felt our evening was flawless (even though I forgot to bring my husbands bow tie so she had her assistant go get us one at the last hour!) I could keep going but I know this kudos is super long already. My final comment is that no one should have to go thru this process without a “wedding mom.” We will forever be grateful to Christina and all the support and TLC she gave us for our special day.

We hired her after we had our venue/date locked down and she helped us with literally every other thing we could think of and especially with the things we couldn't think of. Claire is also extremely organized which is what you want in a person who's helping you pull together the most important day of your life. She immediately set us up with a shared Google drive filled with all the vendor recommendations we could need and various other planning tools and kept files up to date there as the planning progressed. She has amazing relationships with everyone she works with, which makes vendor outreach and initial phone calls incredibly easy -- and having Claire on those calls with us gave us a much greater level of comfort and sense of preparedness going into each one. We honestly could go on and on. There were countless times over the year we worked with WedWell that we out loud said to each other "Claire's the best" and it's because she proves time and time again that she is. She doesn't raise crazy alarms if something goes off course, she's assuring about pace/progress throughout the process, but also knows when to nudge you to make sure things are getting done. She gave us amazing guidance when we were weighing options and it always gave us a way to accomplish what we wanted from the day knowing what our priorities and budget were. Where to even begin!!! Tatiana was incredible all around. Before we started working with Tatiana, I was super overwhelmed by the huge process of planning a wedding, but from the moment we started planning together, I was so impressed by how she hit the ground running and immediately took stress off of my shoulders and handled things. She is super knowledgeable, and always answered every single question I had (and I had TONS). She guided me every single step of the way, and not only that, but at all times she represented my interests and always stood up for us. I am an anxious person and have a hard time trusting, but whenever Tatiana would tell me "I don't want you to worry about that" I knew I could trust her and she would handle things. Design wise, she took our vision and executed it better than we could have ever imagined. I will never forget the moment I stepped out onto our reception space and saw it for the first time - I am not exaggerating when I say it took my breath away. All of Tatiana's efforts throughout our year of full planning culminated in our wedding day. It was logistically intense because we had tons of vendors to coordinate, but it turned out beautifully! To say it was MAGICAL and more than we could have hoped for is understatement. I didn't have to worry about a single thing as I knew that Tatiana and her team had it all under control. Throughout the entire day I saw her hustling nonstop to ensure that our day was beautiful. We keep hearing from our guests how impressed they were at how well everything was organized and that our wedding was one of the best they've ever been to. Everyone had an absolute blast and the vibes were incredible! I honestly cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us and for making sure our day was everything we hoped for and more. Tatiana truly became our wedding planning BFF. So much so that I am actually missing the wedding planning process and am having wedding planning withdrawals! All to say, I cannot recommend Tatiana and her team enough. Her and her team are total pros and the absolute best at what they do!!
