My goal is to take the stress out of planning your celebration, allowing you to be present in every moment and enjoy the entire experience! With 20+ years of experience in Corporate Event Management, Hotel Sales Management, Restaurant Function Management and Wedding Planning, I have cultivated a well rounded and unique skill set that allows me to effectively plan and execute weddings and events of all types. I paired the ability to understand the needs and expectations from both client and venue/vendor side, with my love of event design and creating original and unforgettable experiences...and voilà! Whiskey Feather Events was born.

With my extensive background in hospitality and event planning, I have spent several years developing my dynamic approach to organizing marital occasions. In addition the role as a wedding planner, I have worked in the corporate and restaurant industries as well as the hotel + hospitality businesses. I consider client-input to be a key component of an event’s success, and will do my utmost to ensure that all wishes are fulfilled.

A True Partner from Planning to ‘I Do'
What can we say? We really couldn't have done it without Jenny. From helping guide us through our "sprint" of a six month planning journey, to the most calm, flexible, levelheaded counsel over a wedding weekend that was filled with more than its share of exogenous surprises and complications, Jenny (and the Whiskey Feather team) were a true partner for us throughout our wedding process from start to finish. Jenny is calm, meticulous, and decisive when needed. We couldn't have asked for better guidance, particularly as the big day approached. Jenny's wonderful husband, Chris, was also a wonderful support for us. All we can say is: thank you for everything! Made our dreams come true!
My husband and I can't recommend Jenny and her team enough!! We hired her two months before our wedding date and the wedding weekend would not have happened without her. We met with her basically once a week to get everything planned and she went above and beyond again and again for us. She is so genuine and has such a wonderful energy. She understood our vision so well and came with great recommendations and advice, while still trying everything she could to execute exactly what we had in our heads. For example, I really wanted silver candelabras on the reception tables and she personally picked them up from the rental showroom on her way to the venue. She did absolutely everything she could to make my dream day come true and she beyond succeeded. Her local knowledge of the area and vendors was invaluable. She maintains great relationships with all the vendors she has worked with in the past. If you are getting married in the Sonoma county area, this is a huge advantage. She conducted a thoroughly organized ceremony rehearsal for us which made the ceremony go off without a hitch on the day of. On the wedding day, she was quick to adapt and was flexible if issues arose and kept things running so smoothly, my husband and I hardly noticed. We didn't have to worry about a thing because we knew Jenny had it handled! Also shoutout to her husband Chris and the rest of her team – they were all such great people to have around on the day and so helpful and calm. By the end of the weekend, Jenny felt like someone we'd known forever. She is so professional and good at what she does and somehow also became a friend along the way. Seriously cannot recommend Whiskey Feather Events enough!! Hire them!

The Best Wedding Decision We Made
If you're reading reviews trying to decide whether to hire Jenny, I genuinely think this is the one to read. Unlike most couples, I have something to compare her to. I actually hired a different wedding planner first and ended up firing her because the job simply wasn't being done to the standard I expected. After that experience, I interviewed planner after planner and set an incredibly high bar. Jenny was the only one who met it. Our wedding was a logistical monster. We had transportation between multiple locations, a church ceremony, a separate cocktail hour venue, a dinner barn for dinner, and a separate party space afterward. There were countless moving pieces and endless opportunities for something to go wrong. Nothing went wrong. Not one thing. Every vendor was where they needed to be. Every transition happened seamlessly. Every detail was executed perfectly. The timeline ran exactly as planned. Everything looked beautiful, and every guest was exactly where they were supposed to be the entire day flowed effortlessly from beginning to end. Jenny’s entire team was equally on point. They never stopped working, and multiple guests came up to me throughout the day commenting on how organized, calm, and incredible they all were behind the scenes. What impressed me most is that none of it ever felt chaotic to us. While Jenny and her team were managing hundreds of details behind the scenes, I never felt stressed, rushed, or unsure about what was happening next. I was able to be fully present and actually enjoy my wedding because I knew everything was being handled. I'm a planner by nature and have very high standards. Jenny didn't just meet them—she exceeded them. The day was even better than I imagined it would be. There are a lot of wedding planners who can help plan a wedding. Jenny is someone who can flawlessly execute one. If you're on the fence about hiring a planner, don't be. And if you're deciding between planners, hire Jenny. It was one of the best decisions we made, and I truly believe our wedding would not have been the same without her.

The Best!
Jenny is just Amazing!!!! No, she is Incredible!!! No, she is phenomenal!!!! Ugh, words just can't describe how great she is and her team. She is always thinking outside the box and on top of every nuance. As the Mother of the Bride, I can't thank her enough for all her attention to detail, help, and thoughtfulness. My daughter's wedding had a lot of logistics that had to be contended with, and everything went off without a hitch! If you want the Best, then call WHISKEY FEATHER EVENTS, and Jenny and her team will not disappoint!

Jenny Made Our Wedding Unforgettable!
Jenny was an absolute dream to work with. We planned our wedding from across the country, and she made the entire experience smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. She consistently went above and beyond for us, and her guidance throughout the process was invaluable. Every vendor she recommended — hair and makeup, rentals, DJ — was exceptional, and everything came together more beautifully than we could have imagined. Jenny was always on top of everything, which allowed us to truly enjoy our day without worrying about a single detail. Her husband Chris was also fantastic and such a wonderful support on our rehearsal and wedding day. Together they made the entire experience unforgettable. We are so grateful to Jenny and could not recommend her more highly.
