Cassandra was such a perfect coordinator for my wedding! I discussed potential family issues that may arise on the day of the wedding (which did almost come to fruition), and her answer for how she’d handle the situation was what sealed the deal for me. She made sure my day went off perfectly. Absolutely perfectly. Literally nothing went wrong. I was fully prepared for the old saying of “something always goes wrong at a wedding” to happen. It never did. Cassandra made sure everything was just flawless. I also hired her for setup the day of, and she was able to take my DIY decor and make it look so classy and perfect for the vibe I wanted. She was super responsive every time I had a question and even made suggestions that were outside the box, but really enhanced the day and made it extra special. We booked Felic Events For our Content Creation and Photo Booth on our wedding day & I honestly wish we had came across them way earlier in our planning process because we would have 1000% booked them to be our planners for the entire wedding as well. Not only were they extremely professional, exceptional service and skill, but they were the sweetest and most intentional people throughout the planning process and especially on the big day. Natalie was with me and my bridesmaids most of the time while Hector was tending to the groomsmen which allowed them to not miss a special moment for either of us. They made sure we were hydrated, and constantly helping with literally anything we needed. Natalie truly helped me feel beautiful, calm and taken care of in the most otherwise chaotic moments. I could go on for DAYS about how amazing they are but if you want to have the most enjoyable wedding planning and wedding day, I truly recommend not waiting any longer and booking them now. It will likely be the best investment in your most special day!

She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. I found Clabo Event Services on Zola at the beginning of 2025. My wedding was 10/11/25 and Sarah was an absolute joy to work with! I hired her as a day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond. She was available for questions at any point from the time I booked with her, to the wedding day, to even after the wedding. I had multiple calls and meetings with Sarah in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure our day looked perfect. On my wedding day, Sarah and her husband were there literally all day setting everything up the way that I had envisioned. There were a couple small hiccups with vendors that I didn't even hear about! They handled anything and everything without having to bring me into it which I appreciated so much! Events are milestones. A distinct time in one's life where people come together, fall in love, celebrate, congratulate, and often mark the closing of one phase of life and the beginning of another. I started Maebell in 2018 as a way to make extra income to pay for grad school at JU while still working full-time as a School Counselor in Duval. Little did I know that I would find myself living the dream as an Event Coordinator and Small Business Owner. With a background in logistics and a creative knack for detail, I have found my true and authentic self when I am with my clients, couples, and their families.

Melinda was our month of/day of coordinator for our October 2024 wedding. She was so helpful and professional and made the final countdown of wedding planning and executing the day so easy and smooth. She created our wedding day timeline, helped with the rehearsal, coordinated with all our vendors, kept the day running on time (even early!), helped with set up at the venue, and cleaned up and organized during the day and at the end of the night among many more things! She also made sure we got to eat all the amazing food and had drinks when we needed/wanted them, she was always one step ahead of everything. Because we had Melinda's help I was incredibly relaxed and able to fully focus and be present on my wedding day and enjoy the day with my husband without thinking about any logistics or details. Melinda is so kind and easy to work with, our other vendors and folks involved in the wedding were all super grateful to have her help.
