We are a SWFL based team that captures and creates wedding celebrations for couples looking to experience a luxurious, simplistic, outdoors wedding day. As an all-inclusive beach wedding company, we provide you with everything needed for your small intimate wedding experience! All of our ceremony packages include beautiful decor based on our different styles, seating to accommodate your guests, and we also offer the services of photography, setup/breakdown, and officiant services.

We are able to discuss planning and execution of your wedding details, as well as provide content an essentials needed for securing permitting where needed. Let us be apart of putting together a stress free, intimate wedding celebration for you, and we look forward to capturing the memories for you to cherish forever.

    Beautiful Elopement!

    Amanda and Michael did my daughter’s elopement. It turned out so beautiful and it was completely stress-free! The pictures and video were stunning! The decor and the scenery were so lovely! I am already planning to come back and have Luxe Coastal do my 35th wedding anniversary vow renewal!

    Amazing all inclusive services

    My now wife and I had such an amazing experience working with the Luxe Coastal Team, and we can’t thank them enough!! It was super simple from selecting from there amazing setups (we chose the Coastal), to then organizing everything for our wedding in Fort Myers Beach Area. We loved that we pretty much had everything wrapped up into 1 purchase (photo, setup, coordinator, officiant), and all we had to do was pick out a reception with our family and friends! 10/10 recommend

Most typically September-January, as out of state couples prefer coming down when it is cooler in FL.
Most typically February - August, as it steadily gets warmer in FL.
Unfortunately it is subject to the permit restrictions for the beach or park location in question. Some locations allow for additional permit fees to enable alcohol, some do not. We do not personally provide alcohol.
All locations that we setup provide public parking. Private parking accommodations would only be subject to if you or family have your own private beach area (example would be VRBO or Airbnb beach condos).
To some degree there is accessibility. It is subject to our clients to understand the accessibility of the beach or park where the ceremony will be hosted, as well as whether or not a wheelchair is able to come onto the beach or park effectively.
We service from the Florida Keys up to Tampa and the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area. We are based in Fort Myers Beach.
You're more than welcome to give us your own decor to decorate the ceremony location with. We also work with a top tier florist to make your design dreams come true.
Fees and permitting prices can change beach to beach, county to county, and city to city. We try to stay as up to date as possible to provide accurate quotes. These will all be discussed when we have a chat!
When you're ready to book we send over a questionnaire, contract and a retainer fee for 50% of the base package cost.
Of course you can! The package price can be altered to reflect that change.
Depending on the amount of guests, we can offer a small beach picnic following your wedding. This would include food, beverages, and a cake. You can also take your guests to a local eatery to enjoy a more in depth experience.
Right now, we can offer weddings for up to 30 guests. Our base package price includes up to 16 guests.
If it's just going to be you and your spouse with no other guests, then then rate would be lower. We would still include a set up, officiant, and photography. Elopement packages start at $800.
