“Scott with Big R Orchards is phenomenal! He is a joy to work with - professional, positive energy, incredibly kind and gets the job done! He was very responsive and answered all of my many questions throughout the planning process. He also gladly accommodated a few last minute set up changes. Scott was extremely helpful during the ceremony, carting us across the property to get to our spots for ceremony and golden hour. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. We had a fall wedding and the trees were just gorgeous! The tables, chairs and decore that he provided were exactly as described. The venue structure is awesome and the recent upgrades really elevated the space. Scott’s space is already so beautiful that you really don’t need much in terms of decore. If you are looking for an outdoor wedding venue with natural beauty that won’t break the bank, look no further. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, owner or crew to work with!”

Jenna and her team are amazing! They were so helpful and communicative throughout the planning process, allowing us to come multiple times for bridal portraits and planning meetings. On the day, our family had an incident causing us to change the schedule and delay the wedding ceremony, which Jenna and her team were helpful in providing solutions to keep the day flowing as best as possible!! “My daughter and I came to this venue after visiting many but after talking to Ashley we knew we had found the perfect place. She was easy to talk to, was willing to make my daughter's wedding dreams come to life, and she was just as excited for the day as my daughter was (It is clear she loves what she does). Instantly felt like she was a friend of the family. The backdrop to this venue is stunning with rolling, well-manicured fields and a pond enhanced by sunrises and sunsets. Like a romance novel come to life. The barn is the perfect place to join families together, create memories, and find peace in a hectic day. Ashley gives her brides the opportunity to plan and practice with special "venue practice" days. So helpful and she has so many decor items for brides to use from their warehouse (which is included). But she allows brides to bring whatever is in their vision. The bridal suite is dreamy, roomy, and you can tell Ashley knows what the bride will need. The furniture and chandeliers are so elegant for pictures. The groom's suite was the perfect masculine vibe with a pool table and access to gaming fun... again so much attention to details. Even the restrooms are on trend and very clean. Amazing venue, the sweetest staff that work hard from beginning to end, and Ashley was there to calm the nerves while attending to anything we needed. She is the absolute BEST! God has given her a gift and it is seen in her mission at Emerald Hill. You should check this place out for your wedding or special event... it truly is a sight to experience. The price is affordable and fair for all that is included. I am so glad my daughter found and chose this place for her special day. Whether your wedding is inside or outside, The Emerald Hill venue, the staff and the owner, Ashley will not disappoint.”

“As a wedding planner, my team experiences a lot of venues and their teams. We really get to know them on a level our clients rarely do. And we've seen our share of situations from a venue standpoint that have been less than great. So when we say that Sky Retreat is amazing, we truly mean it. Obviously - the venue is beautiful. It's clean. It's modern yet moldable to any design. It's a stunning view. But the team is also really responsive, actively present on your wedding day, and very helpful to the whole team! Highly Recommend, and can't wait for our next wedding there! Attached are some photos from our most recent wedding there (10.18.2025, Hannah & Edgar) - photographed by Hailey Hughes Photography.”

“10/10 experience with the Redbird Ridge team and venue! Our wedding was on a Saturday and we also rented out the Cabin and Farmhouse for our bridal party to stay in and well as using the covered pavilion for our rehearsal dinner. Staff: Alisa was so communicative the entire process! Any questions I had, she had a quick and helpful answer. It truly felt like her and her team were there to make our day a dream come true. Even the golf cart drivers were so sweet and just added that extra touch to the day! Rehearsal Dinner: The covered Pavilion was a great space to host our rehearsal dinner. We did have a bigger group, coming in at about 60 people. We were able to seat everyone and have room for buffet tables, though it was a tighter fit. The addition of electricity and a speaker/mic made speeches a breeze. (note: the pavilion is up a tiny hill so any decor/food/coolers will have to be carried up, just fyi.) Wedding Day: The Main Hall was plenty of room for our 100 guests, we even covered the connected Terrace with a rental tent in case of rain or harsh sun. The tables, tablecloths, and chairs fit our clean white aesthetic and all decorations borrowed from the venue were in great shape and super convenient to have on site and ready for us. The open Meadow provided the most gorgeous back drop for our end of May ceremony. The mountains greenery was in full bloom and truly brought the photos to life! It was very nice that the venue provided 2 limo style golf carts to transport our guests from ceremony to reception to parking. (note: it does take a bit of time to transport that many guests so be sure to budget time for transportation for your guests before ceremony/reception start.) The entrance and parking situation seemed to be confusing for the guests and vendors. There are technically 3 entrances, one for the private farmhouse, one for vendors (by request) and then the main entrance for guests and parking. Even though we sent out a map to our guests/vendors, the entrances are within a curve so they are hard to see until you get there. I feel like signage with more contrast could help this issue but overall it worked out. Farmhouse: My bridesmaids and I stayed in the farmhouse the night before the wedding. Alisa and her husband were so welcoming, even letting us sit in their kitchen floor to play with their new litter of kittens. The rental access includes the upstairs portion which was plenty of room for us 6 girls. There were 3 full bathrooms we were able to use. We never felt as we were in someone else's space as the house was partitioned off well between rental and living spaces. Cabin: This was probably my favorite part of the property. This cute little old (but very updated) cabin hosted the groomsmen the night before and then my husband and I the night after. There is a full kitchen so the boys were able to cook dinner. We even had our two dogs stay here with us! 6 guys were able to sleep upstairs where there is also a half bath. The only full bath is downstairs in the master bedroom. The beds were super comfy and the fenced in backyard was so nice to have onsite! Just beware that the cabin is off in a woodsy area so there is wildlife/aka watch your pets!! The conditions were good so the venue did let us host a small fire in the backyard fire pit to roast marshmallows which was the perfect end to the night. (note: the upstairs ceilings are quite low so if you are over 6 foot, you might have to duck a tiny bit.)”

“Communication with Danna was incredible from start to finish. She always responded quickly, answered all of our questions, and was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. The space itself is stunning—the wooded area with the lake backdrop was the perfect setting for our ceremony. One of the things that made our experience extra special was having our wedding party stay in the cabins for the entire weekend. Everything was set up and ready for our guests, and we were able to use all the kitchenware and amenities, which made hosting so easy. Having access to the entire property truly set Klondike Cabins apart, especially since so many venues don’t offer that—let alone at such a great price. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to celebrate at Klondike Cabins. The beauty of the grounds combined with the time spent surrounded by our closest friends and family made it all unforgettable.”

They listened to what we wanted and made our day exactly how we envisioned it, thanks to their inventory of centerpieces and decorations that gave us so many options. When we arrived on our wedding day, everything was already set up and ready to go—no stress on our end at all. The staff was accommodating and genuinely great people to work with throughout the entire process. “About 8 years ago, I had just joined Rock Barn Country Club & Spa. My sister asked me to "do" her wedding for her. The search for the venue was painful! Every place we visited charged thousands for the venue BEFORE we had ordered any food, beverage or decorations. Plus, we needed a small space - only 25 guests! Rock Barn was different. We did not pay for the space, only the food and beverage, taxes and gratuity. We even had a bar with a qualified bartender! I met with the team at RB and we had everything planned out in just a few minutes. I did my own decorations - because that is what I do - the ceremony, dinner reception, and pictures by the waterfall and covered bridge for 25 people was less than 2400 all in! I knew what a wonderful value this was for the bride and groom as they were on a budget. Since then, I am now the events coordinator at Rock Barn and I love every minute of what I do. I enjoy working with brides and grooms who are on that budget and need the spend to make sense! Let me help you too.”
