The venue itself is beautiful and unique, our guests had a great time. The prices are incredibly reasonable and we additionally received an off season discount. Their wedding packages include so much beyond the standard wedding packages including the use of the bridal suite, appetizers/champagne in the bridal suite on the wedding day, use of their (beautiful) centerpieces, a separate happy hour for the wedding party during photographs and much more. Yasmene went above and beyond on our wedding day- she even sewed my nephew's superhero mask when it broke. Many of our guests commented on how she was the best wedding coordinator they had ever seen. Overall, we are incredibly happy with our selection of the Nahant Country Club. It is a beautiful venue run by incredibly efficient and kind women!

We couldn't be more happy with our choice to have our wedding ceremony and reception last weekend at CMAC! Adria was very communicative pre-event and easily adjusted our contract when we had to delay our date by one year. She also let us drop stuff off decorations the night before and pick things up the following Monday which was very helpful logistically. M ran our sound and lights and they were very organized and willing to work with us on running a playlist rather than using a DJ. We lucked out with beautiful weather and had our ceremony at the park outdoors but CMAC is really appealing because there's a good option for an indoor ceremony if it rains. The venue overall is absolutely stunning and our guests were raving about how beautiful the historic ballroom was. Great value for the Boston area and a perfect spot for a city wedding, with the airport and many hotels nearby.

My husband and I got married at Terrydiddle Farm on June 29, 2024 and it was MAGICAL. Lissa and her team, the impeccable grounds, the horses, the lawn games, Sophie the dog... Everything was absolutely perfect and everything we were looking for. Tons of our guests, friends and family raved about our venue, saying it is the best wedding venue they have ever been to. When we toured Terrydiddle, we said we'd take a bit to think about it, and we called Lisa to confirm 10 minutes after leaving the property. A great perk they have is their "open house" where you can tour the venue while they have it set up for a wedding. It gives you such a great idea of what your day will look like. The bridal suite is so cute and was so helpful for our morning and holding our belongings, the barn and cocktail area is perfect for mingling with people after the ceremony, and the lawn games are just the best touch. Tons of our guests were playing corn hole! The fire pit was awesome for us and our guests too, and we included a cigar table, which was a huge hit! We used Terrydiddle's staff for our bar services, which worked out perfectly. The reception tent is so beautiful and the rental options (arbor, sweetheart table, barrels, etc) make things so helpful for decor purposes and eased some of my stress, as we mostly did mostly DIY. Lissa and her team do an amazing job keeping their property clean and gorgeous. The perfect wedding venue through and through.

They were gracious in answering our questions, calming our nerves, and being an assuring force throughout it all. We are so grateful for the love and care they put into our special day to keep everything organized and on track. Fireside's food was phenomenal and all the late night snacks and desserts were a huge hit with our guests. There was also a nice flow throughout the night and our guests commented that they were grateful that they knew where to go at every point in the wedding. We had rain on our wedding day but we are pleased to say that the ceremony under the tent was still magical, and actually created a nice moody atmosphere and our photos came out amazing. The heaters kept the tent dry and comfortable all night. We hope someone else we know gets married at the Stevens Estate soon so that we can attend!

Vanessa was so kind and open throughout our time engaging with this DIY venue. For around 3k, you have the entire venue from 8am Friday to 10pm Sunday, and can set it up to your hearts content. There is ceremony space both indoors and outdoors, space to put up a tent, and the great hall alone holds around 100 people seated, without crowding. Chairs and tables come included. The whole space was great for offering a variety of different spaces for our event: a room for eating and dancing, a room for the photobooth, a room for children's activities, a room for the memorial area, and a room for quiet relaxing--which my wedding party absolutely needed. I can't imagine having had a better experience at a more conventional full service venue--just make sure you have a team to help you with setup and shutdown and you're golden.

I got married at the Ridge Club on May 21st and it was the most perfect day. Right when we met Kristie, I knew she would be wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions and was always quick to respond throughout the entire 20 month planning process. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and our guests have not stopped raving about it. The set up with the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception hall all being close was perfect and the outside area with firepits was a huge hit. People could take a moment outside but still be able to see what was going on inside so it never felt separated. The food was AMAZING and again, all of our guests mentioned how good their meals were. We did steak and parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and broccolini and oh my goodness it was just so good. We also had late night snacks and people could not get enough!!!! Monalisa was also on site to help out the night before (rehearsal dinner) and day of and she was such an angel! She set everything up just how I explained and made sure I was taken care of. The ONLY negative thing was that the bridal suite, while gorgeous, did not have opaque curtains so it was a challenge to change in there. Such a small thing and it didn't really affect the day at all but just for future brides to be aware of! I could go on and on about how amazing The Ridge Club is and I am SO happy we decided to have our wedding there. It was truly perfect.

After one visit with Claudio at the Rotch Jones Duff House, my husband and I knew immediately that was the perfect spot for us to host our wedding. The Rose Garden was a stunning backdrop for our ceremony and the grounds provided plenty of space for our guests to eat, dance and celebrate. Claudio was so easy to work with, he was proactive in letting us know what he needed from us and provided so many tips and recommendations all throughout the planning process. The venue provided much of what we needed for the day, eliminating the need for excess rentals and even coming through a few times in a pinch with details we had accidentally overlooked. They were flexible in so many ways, accommodating all of our vendors and allowing for adjustments as we altered our guest list and changed our vision. Claudio answered every question, was quick to respond and provided invaluable insight for novice planners like us. On the day of the wedding, he was the silent star of the show; we had a day-of coordinator who was helpful and definitely necessary but it was Claudio who knew how to keep everything running exactly to plan and made the day feel completely seamless so I could focus on enjoying my time as a bride instead of stressing about the details of the day. Even our guests and bridal party loved him! From start to finish, working with the Rotch Jones Duff House was easily the best decision we made in planning our wedding. I can’t overstate how well worth the cost it was and how stress-free our experience with them has been. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the rose garden was and the stunning photos we took all over the grounds will forever speak for themselves.

  • Provides a dedicated team on-site

Venue considerations

  • No all-inclusive dining options
  • Limited cleanup and setup services
  • No dedicated areas for getting ready
Wellfleet Preservation Hall was the perfect venue for our 100 person wedding. From the beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the planning process smooth. Over the course of the year, there were multiple event coordinators as people changed over. Heather, who we ended up working with, picked up our event and the details professionally and was very timely in communications and very attentive during the rehearsal and the wedding day. The hall provided liquor and bartending services at a very reasonable rate, and also had tables, linens, and high tops available, which helped us save on rental costs. They also have audio/visual setups which was a help to our DJ. If you don't want to plan each vendor individually, I'd recommend a wedding planner. There are no packages for this venue, so we brought in catering, rentals, floral, dj, etc. The venue garden is absolutely beautiful, with a functional and artsy space indoors that allowed our 100 guests to move seamlessly between the indoor hall areas and the lovely garden and patio area. (It would have been cramped with any more than 100 if eating inside). It does have an elevator as well and is easy for older guests to get around. We did our ceremony outside in the garden, cocktail hour on the patio, dinner upstairs, and dancing downstairs with the bar on the patio. I'd highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful, functional, and unique space for their special day. Our guests keep telling us how wonderful it was.

We got married 9.13.15 at Sky Meadow. We booked the venue more than a year in advance (we just wanted to get it out of the way) and Lynn was amazing to work with during that entire time. She was super responsive, very professional, and all around joy to work with. And when it came to day of, our venue coordinator, Josh, was instrumental to making sure the day ran smoothly. He kept us on track and was very accommodating to all of our requests. The entire staff was amazing to work with and we can't have asked for better help during our wedding. And as for food, 10000/10, everyone was raving about it! We did the plated dinner and chose Prime Rib, Crab Stuffed Haddock, and the Risotto. As for appetizers we did sushi, antipasto display, meatballs, bacon wrapped scallops, lobster sliders, and beef wellington bites. Everyone said how there was so much food they were stuffed even before dinner. The food is definitely plentiful and your guests will be happy at the quality and amount. We did consumption bar as well and the line was never too long, they turned them out quickly (especially since they walked around with our signatures). They even include a cake of your choice (we chose Chickadee Hill Bakery - absolutely delicious) as part of your package which was really nice. We wholeheartedly believe this venue is the venue to have your wedding at!

We had the most perfect wedding day at the Herb Lyceum. When we got engaged we knew we wanted a smaller, more intimate wedding and struggled to find a venue that welcomed smaller events. I came across The Herb Lyceum on Instagram and knew that this was the space for us. We held our wedding in the sunken garden, cocktail hour on the lawn and dinner in the greenhouse. The space was magical. They have a beautiful bar and cocktail hour set up. The greenhouse was exactly how we envisioned our day to look like. We received several comments that our wedding had the best food and cocktails of any wedding guests had been to. We are so grateful to the Herb Lyceum team for making our day so special. Tavis was so helpful, responsive, organized and calm during the process, she made planning the event so easy. I couldn't recommend the Herb Lyceum enough, it really is a special place. Getting married at the Granite Rose was the best decision we made. The planning team there is absolutely amazing - Anna helped us through most planning sessions, and Jill was our day of coordinator - both amazing at their jobs. Between the Granite Rose staff, and the partnerships with many of our vendors, our wedding went off without a hitch, and we were actually able to enjoy the process. We had an absolute blast on our wedding day, and it was absolutley due to this venue and their staff. I do not think we would have enjoyed our day this much if it had been at a different venue. From the decor, to the food, to the bar, to the dancefloor, everything was amazing. Could not have asked for a better crew - Our banquet coordinator, Joshua, had the most amazing energy, and made sure that my husband and I always had what we needed and that any concerns were addressed immediately. Our bartender, Mariah, was great at her job, and remembered everyone's drink order the entire night. The food was phenomenal - so delicious and our Chefs Jim and Joe were able to accomodate every allergy/request with no fuss. Our entire crew was so professional and we are so impressed by the service they provided (shout out Tirk, Kiara, Jen, and Hunter). We would highly recommend using Wedgewood Weddings for your wedding/event, and in particular looking into the Granite Rose, and their awesome team! We loved it!
