Chef Tara is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. She has lifelong experience & was raised in the food industry. Growing up in the family's restaurants and summer resort businesses gives her well rounded expertise in both front & back of the house. Chef is well versed in many international cuisine styles and personally speaks to each client to create a custom menu for your wedding/event. Chef does not offer a limited list of items to chose from or a limited option of packages for catering. Each event and menu is unique. Catering By Tracy was formed in 2007 in Charlotte, NC and exploded when we moved to Lake Norman in 2011. Weddings are our top catering event, along with corporate business, vacation rentals, birthdays, all events you are needing food for. We cook for 12 and go up to 500 Guests?? We have commercial cookers that allow us to cook 20 pork butts, 40 whole chickens, 25 beef butts, 30 racks of ribs, 200 chicken wings All At Once!!!!!!!! We know how to Cook For An Army!!!
