My husband and I got married at Meyer's Castle in early November, 2025. It was the most beautiful day ever, no matter that it was cold and rainy! We first fell in love with the venue when we toured in August 2024, and then after seeing a few other venues we went back to Meyer's for another tour and booked it. Everyone was so excited about the venue and still talks about it. Our coordinator Eva was a rock star on the day of the wedding! She was so helpful in reassuring me and getting me answers leading up to the wedding, but nothing can surpass how amazing she was on the day off. She took care of everything! She managed problems without me having to even hear them, she advocated for us, she helped decorate, and made us feel seen and taken care of. It began to rain shortly before the ceremony time and she made sure we got the idyllic outdoor ceremony of our dreams, and had umbrellas on hand as needed. She was there for the entire day and my sister couldn't stop singing her praises! We loved our wedding so much and highly recommend Meyer's Castle and Eva! Our photographer said the venue was a photographers dream, we got compliments on the food, and everyone had a great time! A day I would happily revisit anytime.

Having our wedding at Bay Pointe was to put it simply: perfection. We booked our wedding over a year in advance and from the first few seconds that we stepped in for our tour of the venue, we were in love. Mariesa, our sales manager, was so personable and so accommodating. The entire process leading up to the wedding was so efficient working with Madison. She was so communicative and so easy to work with. All of our changes, questions, recommendations, literally everything - she had an answer to! We always felt so welcomed by the entire staff. Our rehearsal dinner at the Bay Pointe Bar and Grill was beautiful and the staff that night were amazing - they made sure we were doing ok, our family was fed and everyone was having a good time. Lauren, our day of coordinator was excellent at her job. She worked so well with all of our vendors and family. We had the BEST time ever. The value is worth the money you spend. A huge thank you to everyone on the Bay Pointe team who helped us along the way and the weekend of.

We had Xavier and Kaley for our wedding at Journeyman in November, and they were absolutely incredible to work with. From start to finish, they made the entire experience feel effortless. Their communication was clear, their energy was warm and positive, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone loved the food—it was delicious and beautifully presented! The servers were so nice too!! At one point, we realized we needed to add an extra table, and Xavier and Kaley were so accommodating. They made it completely seamless and just made it happen, which took such a weight off our shoulders. You can tell they genuinely care about the couples they work with. They anticipated needs before we even said them out loud, kept everything organized behind the scenes, and made us feel supported and relaxed the entire day. Our guests even commented on how kind and professional they were. Xavier and Kaley played such a big part in making our day unforgettable, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re getting married at Journeyman, ask for them—you will be in the absolute best hands. 3

I picked this location because of how beautiful the landscape is. So many different spots on the property to get married on, all beautiful. Different locations cost different price. Overall, relatively cheap compared to other venues. When talking to them, I first started with one wedding coordinator. She left and was informed about the new coordinator. She introduced herself and thought she was awesome. She was very tentative to all the details and was very helpful. I wasn’t informed that she had left and a new coordinator had taken her spot. I didn’t know there was a new coordinator until the day before the wedding. She didn’t take charge of anything. She took a back seat to everything. Told her I had a specific song I wanted to play for walking down the aisle. There wasn’t any sort practice with the song at the rehearsal. She couldn’t figure out how to connect my phone to the sound system. She couldn’t figure out how to navigate the song that I had already pulled up on my phone.

I highly recommend William's Orchard as your venue if you're considering it. Throughout the wedding planning process the team was communicative and helpful. They were accommodating down to the last day before the wedding, helping our dream come to life. The team had great ideas too when it came to catering and small details that ultimately improved our guest experience. The venue itself is gorgeous and our guests had a blast. We're still getting compliments on the day. A nice touch was being able to have dinner in the orchard, a last minute decision we made that was recommended by the team and ultimately helped the day flow better. I would choose The Lodge at Rush Lakes a million times over! We traveled from Michigan for our wedding, and Logan and Dustin made the entire process seamless. From the start, they were incredibly accommodating, sending us photos, measurements, and virtual tours to help us plan from afar. The property itself is stunning. We stayed for two nights, and the house was beautiful, spotless, and easily fit our entire family and bridal party. Our guests obsessed over the pool, and the tunnels connecting the three buildings are such a cool, unique touch! What really sets this venue apart is the staff. Logan, Dustin, and the team felt like family. They helped us unpack cars, handled setup and teardown, and even drove us around on side-by-sides for our first look and on the pontoon for some downtime. They even had special code names for me and my husband! When the weather looked like it might take a turn, they already had a 'Plan B' ready to go so we didn't have to worry for a second. They are the coolest, most personable people you will ever work with. Thank you for making our weekend so special! -Cody and Miranda Burris (Green Stallion and White Dove)
