The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

Jim and Christy Hutchison built their barn 20 years ago with the help of family and friends. Initially meant for their kids' 4H animals, the barn hosted their children's weddings in 2013 and 2015. Lake Lawrence Community was once called “Edwards Pavilion” was established in 1923 by Louie Armstrong and Amber Reichel. All logs to build the lodge were felled from off the lake property itself and the fireplace was erected by Frank Noreen from Deschutes Falls. It took about one year to completed the building. This became an extension of Edwards Resort, a fishing a recreational getaway, here on Lake Lawrence. Afterwards many dances were held in the building. In 1973 the over 50-year-old resort closed, and the camping era came to an end. The resort property is now enjoyed by many private property homeowners. The playground, swimming area, and Edwards Pavilion became part of the Lake Lawrence Community Club, which still maintains these facilities for the benefit of their members. The lodge is also available to the community at large for all types of events to include weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family reunions, and any other event.

In 1939 the Works Progress Administration built a timbered A-frame gymnasium of local stone and timbers - the beautiful structure that would later become the Longbranch Clubhouse. When the school district consolidated to a larger site, the Longbranch Improvement Club purchased the land and buildings. In 1956 rest rooms, upgraded kitchen facilities and a wooden floor were added. The Longbranch Clubhouse has held an astonishing variety of activities in its colorful history. High school basketball, wartime bandage rolling, huckleberry festivals, fund-raisers, basket socials, Sunday schools and funerals - along with the popular dances and theater events that formed the foundation of this community's social life for generations.
